    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a transparent and homogenized polymeric sol of a calcium phosphate compound, containing apatite and having excellent wettability and bioactivity, according to a sol-gel synthesis, and a method for coating the polymeric sol on a metal implant, in which the polymeric sol is coated on the metal implant and then heat-treated to form a dense coated layer strongly bonded to the metal implant. The polymeric sol is obtained by process of preparing a calcium salt solution, containing calcium ethoxide dissolved in organic acid, and a phosphate solution, containing triethyl phosphite or triethyl phosphate dissolved in the organic acid, mixing the calcium salt solution with the phosphate solution to produce a mixed solution, and aging the mixed solution.

    摘要: An apparatus for controlling a buffer adapted to transmit motion-involving video compressed by use of an intraframe compression coding technique employing discrete cosine transform and variable length coding to a constant rate channel, wherein a statistical feed-forward-based buffer control apparatus having a simple construction is combined with an existing statistical feed-back-based buffer control apparatus, thereby being capable of stably controlling a buffer even when a scene change occurs, and reducing the capacity of the buffer and the length of a tape needed. The apparatus includes an encoder for encoding input video data to be compressed, and a feed-forward-based division factor selector for receiving an output signal from the encoder, calculating the complexity of each frame based on the received signal, estimating the quantity of data to be generated by units of a predetermined number of discrete cosine transform blocks, and sending a division factor corresponding to the estimated quantity of data to the encoder.

    摘要: An apparatus for compression-encoding and decoding digital video signals, capable of additionally transmitting a differential signal indicative of a difference between an original video signal and an encoded video signal obtained by encoding the original video signal by an existing video compression system, so as to efficiently cope with a varied bandwidth of a recording medium or a channel. The apparatus comprises an encoding device for encoding an original digital video in a sampling manner, encoding a differential signal indicative of a difference between each of the original video signals and a signal obtained by expanding each corresponding one of the encoded original video signals, together with edge information, adding the encoded composite differential signal to the encoded original video signal, and outputting the resulting signal. The apparatus also comprises a decoding device for decoding each of the encoded original video signals, reading video signals, indicative of video portions including no differential signal, from video signals resulting from the decoding of the encoded original video signals, based on the edge information, adding each of the differential signals to each corresponding one of the read video signals, and outputting recovered video signals.

    摘要: A signal characteristic variation apparatus for a high definition VCR in which a characteristic of a video signal is varied according to characteristics of a tape and a channel. A predetermined frequency band of test signal is recorded on the tape for recording the tape and channel characteristics in a recording mode. This enables the video signal to be recorded on the tape in the proper mode and permits, in the play-back mode, the tape and channel characteristics to be discriminated by detecting the test signal recorded on the tape. Therefore, the video signal can be played back from the tape with its frequency characteristic properly adjusted according to the discriminated tape and channel characteristics.
