Abstract: A method, includes receiving a packet flow optimization policy including a flow identifier of a target packet flow, a device identifier of a to-be-adjusted forwarding device, and information about the next hop; obtaining status information of an access control list (ACL) of the to-be-adjusted forwarding device based on the device identifier, where the status information includes resource usage status information of the ACL and capability information that indicates whether the to-be-adjusted forwarding device supports packet flow forwarding that is based on the ACL; and when determining, based on the status information, that the ACL includes an idle resource and the to-be-adjusted forwarding device supports packet flow forwarding that is based on the ACL, sending an ACL record to the to-be-adjusted forwarding device, where the ACL record includes the flow identifier and the information about the next hop.

Abstract: This application provides a tunnel binding based communication method and a network device. The method includes: transmitting, by a first network device, a service packet to a second network device using a first binding tunnel including a first tunnel and a second tunnel; and when the first tunnel is faulty or transmission quality of the first tunnel does not meet a preset condition, transmitting, by the first network device, a service packet to the second network device using a second binding tunnel including a backup tunnel of the first tunnel and the second tunnel. Therefore, if a tunnel in an original binding tunnel is faulty, a tunnel binding based high-bandwidth service continues to be provided using another binding tunnel constituted by a backup tunnel of the faulty tunnel and a fault-free tunnel. Compared with the prior art, this application can improve high-bandwidth communication reliability and user satisfaction.

Abstract: This application discloses an information transmission method in a communication system. According to the method, a master base station sends a request message to a secondary base station for requesting to transfer one or more flows from the master base station to the secondary base station for transmission to a terminal device. The request message carries one or both of identification information of each flow, and information of a data radio bearer (DRB) associated with each flow. The master base station receives a response message from the secondary base station, indicating whether each of the one or more flows is admitted or rejected by the secondary base station. Based on the identification information of the flows, DRBs are mapped to the flows. QoS management of information transmission is more refined, and requirements of 5G communication systems for QoS management of information transmission in a dual connectivity scenario can be met.

Abstract: The present invention provides a information processing method at a terminal or a base station. The method at the terminal includes: receiving scheduling information of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying system information, the scheduling information of the PDSCH carried in a master information block (MIB) or downlink control information on an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH) sent from the base station, wherein the scheduling information of the PDSCH is used for determining at least one kind of transmission information of the PDSCH; determining the transmission information of the PDSCH according to the scheduling information of the PDSCH. In this way, an extra overhead of a control instruction when a PDCCH is used to schedule a SIB in the prior art is reduced.
