    摘要: A method is provided for forming a fine pattern. In the method, a first fine pattern and a first metal pattern are formed by respectively patterning a first fine pattern layer on a base substrate and a first metal layer on the first fine pattern layer. A second fine pattern layer and a second metal layer are sequentially formed over the first fine pattern and the first metal pattern. The second metal layer is patterned, so that a second metal pattern between adjacent portions of the first fine pattern. The second fine pattern layer is patterned using the second metal pattern as a mask, so that a second fine pattern is formed between adjacent portions of the first fine pattern.

    摘要: A tape circuit substrate includes a base film with first wiring and second wiring disposed on the base film. The first wiring extends into a chip mount portion through a first side and bends within the chip mount portion toward a second side. The second wiring extends into the chip mount portion through a third side and bends within the chip mount portion toward the second side. The first, second, and third sides are different sides of the chip mount portion. Thus, size and in turn cost of the base film are minimized by arranging wirings within the chip mount portion for further miniaturization of electronic devices, such as a display panel assembly, using the tape circuit substrate.

    摘要: An ice-making assembly for a refrigerator is provided. The ice-making assembly includes a tray for making ice, a handling member for rotating the tray, a first rotation member rotatable with the handling member, a second rotation member rotating the tray, and a transmission member for transmitting rotation of the first rotation member to the second rotation member. An end of the transmission member is fixed to first rotation member, and the other end of the transmission member is fixed to the second rotation member. A force is transmitted from the handling member (a lever) to the tray through the transmission member, which has a strip shape and is coupled to or wound around the rotation member. Therefore, freezing between the transmission member and the rotation member can be minimized, and the lever can be smoothly handled. Thus, a force applied to the lever can be smoothly transmitted to the tray.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an ice-making device for a refrigerator. The ice-making device of the present invention comprises a water tank detachably installed to a rear surface of a refrigerator door for selectively opening or closing a storage space, first and second ice trays rotatably installed to the rear surface of the door to make ice using water supplied from the water tank, and an ice bank installed to the rear surface of the door to store therein the ice made in the first and second ice trays. According to the present invention, ice can be more simply and easily taken out while minimizing the leakage of cold air circulating in the storage space. Further, ice can be stored in a more sanitary way while minimizing the contamination of the storage space in the process of making ice.

The wavelength selective switch includes a first wavelength division multiplexer, an M number of optical switches, an (M+N−1) number of optical combiners, and a second wavelength division multiplexer. The first wavelength division multiplexer receives optical signals of an M number of wavelength channels to divide the received optical signals according to each channel, thereby outputting the divided optical signals. The M number of optical switches changes a path of on an optical signal outputted by an M number of wavelength channels from the first wavelength division multiplexer into one of an N number of output ports. The (M+N−1) number of optical combiners is respectively connected to the N number of output ports of the optical switches. The (M+N−1) number of optical combiners couple the N number of inputted optical signals to one output port. The (M+N−1) number of output signals of the optical combiners is connected to the input ports, respectively, and the inputted signals are multiplexed to output the multiplexed signals from any of the N number of output ports.
