摘要： A reset circuit includes a power supply detection circuit, a power-down detection circuit, and an output circuit. The power supply detection circuit outputs a first signal when a first voltage according to a power supply voltage is higher than a first threshold and outputting a second signal when the first voltage is lower than the first threshold during power-on and power-down. The power-down detection circuit outputs a third signal when a second voltage according to the power supply voltage becomes lower than a second threshold after the second signal is outputted during power-down. The output circuit outputs a power-on reset signal which changes from low to high when the first signal is outputted during power-on and outputs a power-down reset signal which changes from low to high when the third signal is outputted during power-down.

摘要： After a read operation is conducted to a memory area designated by an address in response to a combination of a data destructive signal and a chip select signal, a bit line is pre-charged with a ground potential and an electric potential of a plate line is lowered, thereby stopping the data from being written back to an area in which the data is destroyed by the read operation. The electric potential of the word line may be kept at VDD level without boosting it to a potential for writing back the data. The bit line may be clamped to the ground potential, thereby stopping the read data from being output to an outside of a memory device to stop an operation of a sense amplifier.

To conduct trick play, an I picture, a P picture and a B picture contained in a GOP layer inside a bit stream of compressed image data are extracted and reproduced in accordance with a reproduction speed by looking up a trick play table.

摘要： A snow vehicle of the saddle-riding type utilizes essentially the same upper structure as a motorcycle but mounts a ski on the front fork for steering and an engine-driven endless belt track assembly for powering the device. The endless belt track assembly is arranged for mounting on a rear arm structure in order to maintain surface contact between the endless belt and the snow and thereby improve the operating efficiency of the vehicle. The arm may be pivotally mounted or integral with a rear fork pivotally mounted to the vehicle. An improved endless belt construction is described in which the belt is strengthened by core members and the driving cogs of particular configuration and disposed at prescribed locations with respect to the propelling lugs in order to maintain surface contact between the belt edge and the snow surface during cornering. Also disclosed are various forms of cover structures for the track assembly that prevent the scattering of snow from the belt onto the rider or vehicle parts. Grab rails attached to the rear swing arm elements facilitate manipulation of the vehicle in confined spaces. A stopper belt adjustment is also shown mounted to a rear fork with the stopper belt extruding to an articulated rear swing arm structure. The adjustment accommodates for adjustments to the drive chain for tensioning.

摘要： A braking apparatus for a motor vehicle equipped with a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder. The apparatus further includes a pump coupled to a reservoir tank to suck a braking liquid from the reservoir tank and pressurize and discharge the sucked braking liquid when a slip of the wheel occurs at the time of driving the wheel, a pressure adjusting valve provided in a pipe coupling a discharge side of the pump to the reservoir tank and arranged to be openable to restrict the discharge pressure of the pump to a predetermined value, and a change-over valve for establishing a communication between the discharge side of the pump and the wheel cylinder when a slip of the wheel occurs at the time of driving the wheel and for establishing a communication between the master cylinder and the wheel cylinder when the slip does not occur. The apparatus controls a braking pressure adjusting device provided between the change-over valve and the wheel cylinder for adjusting the braking pressure to be applied to the wheel cylinder when a drive slip of the wheel occurs, thereby suppressing the drive slip. This arrangement allows the size-reduction of the apparatus and the suppression of generation of operating sound.
