According to the present invention, a photoelectric conversion device having a long life due to high light resistance of phthalocyanine can be provided at a low cost. Use of such photoelectric conversion devices can constitute a solar-cell module having a long life due to the feature of the photoelectric conversion devices and being manufactured at a low cost.
