摘要： A power breaking device 20 includes a stationary box 21, a fuse carrying box 23 and a guide and restricting mechanism 25. The stationary box 21 consists of a fixed housing 26, a load-side bus bar 27 and a power-side bus bar 28. The fuse carrying box 23 consists of a carrying box body 60 detachable to the stationary box 21 and a fuse fixing part 61 for carrying a fuse 22. The mechanism 25 is constituted by slits 41, 41 formed in a partition wall 34. The partition wall 34 is formed integrally with the fixed housing 26 to define an accommodating part 39 in which the fuse 22 is accommodated and retained. When the fuse carrying box 26 is fitted to the stationary box 21, the slits 41, 41 serve to introduce both terminals 24, 24 of the fuse 22 to a power-connecting part and a load-connecting part of the stationary box 21 and also restrict the displacement of the terminals 24, 24.

摘要： A power-supply breaker apparatus of the present invention includes a fuse provided between a power supply and a load in an electric circuit, an apparatus main body for housing the fuse, a first bus bar whose one end is fixed to one fuse terminal of the fuse, a second bus bar having one end fixed to one of the power supply and the load, a plug housing chamber for housing the plug in the apparatus main body movably in a fitting/detaching direction, and a pair of plug side terminals which become conductive with each other in the plug. The other end of the first bus bar is extended so as to be composed as one terminal of the pair of main body side terminals, and the other end of the second bus bar is extended parallel with the first bus bar so as to be composed as the other terminal of the pair of main body side terminals. Respective terminal insertion widths of the pair of plug side terminals are wider than corresponding widths of the pair of main body side terminals.

摘要： A storage battery terminal structure of the present invention includes: an annular recessed groove that is arranged on an upper end portion of a cylindrical male terminal; retaining projections that are engageable with the annular recessed groove; a housing that is an outer enclosing body of a female terminal; flexible arms, each flexible arm not only having a retaining projection on an upper end portion of an inner wall of a rigid sleeve of the housing surrounding the male terminal in order to release the corresponding retaining projection from the annular recessed groove but also being formed by a pair of slits formed from an upper end of the rigid sleeve so as to interpose the corresponding retaining projection therebetween; and a release button that is arranged on an upper end portion of the rigid sleeve so as to be vertically movable so that the flexible arms can be flexed sidewards and that has slopes on a lower surface thereof, the slopes facing sidewards. An indicator is also disclosed that reveals when the male terminal has been completely inserted into a hole of the female terminal.

摘要： An electrode post connection structure for connecting a connection conductor to an electrode post of a battery through a connection fitting, which includes a lock stage portion formed on a circumference of the electrode post, a tapered portion formed at a top portion of the electrode post, a lock spring inserted in the connection fitting so as to engage with the lock stage portion to thereby lock the electrode post and the connection fitting with each other, and a hollow elastic body accommodated in the connection fitting so as to press the connection conductor to thereby connect the electrode post and the connection conductor to each other. Thus, work for connecting a connection conductor to an electrode post of a battery is simplified, and the electric characteristic and reliability of the connection are improved greatly.

摘要： A shielded connector is provided which makes connection for shielding and sealing for waterproofing at the same time that the connector is directly mounted on a vehicle instrument such as a motor. A connector housing with a terminal fitting-accommodating hole formed therein is provided with a shielding metal shell, into which accommodating hole is fitted a terminal fitting attached to a shielded cable such that the shield of the shielded cable is connected with the metal shell via a connecting member fitted on the shield. The connector housing is further provided on its outer periphery with a flange for fixing the connector housing in a connector-mounting hole formed in the casing of the instrument and with a seal ring for sealing the mounting hole. The metal shell is extended to have a portion thereof exposed on the surface of the flange facing toward the casing.

摘要： To provide a connector with a terminal retaining mechanism which positively prevents an incomplete fit of a terminal retaining member. The connector includes an outer housing connectable to a mating connector is mounted on an outer side of an inner housing receiving terminals, the outer housing is slidably mounted on the inner housing. A retaining member for the terminals is slidingly moved to be engaged in the inner housing through a window hole formed in the outer housing. The retaining member is projected from the window hole when the retaining member is out of engagement with the terminals, and the retaining member is received in the inner housing when the retaining member is engaged with the terminals, thereby allowing the outer housing to slide in a terminal-connecting direction.
