The directional control valve includes a first pressure chamber communicating with an air supply, a second pressure chamber communicating with one of cylinder chambers divided by the piston of the cylinder, an exhaust pressure port, a pressure controlling mechanism, a pressure controlling and changing means which forms a pressure controlling chamber and a pressure receiving chamber, a first valve member for communicating the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber, a second valve member for communicating the second pressure chamber and an atmospheric pressure chamber, a third valve member for communicating the second pressure chamber and a pressure-receiving member, and a fourth valve member which is communicating with the third valve member, the air supply and a pressure control chamber.

摘要： A flexible magnetic diskette used for magnetically storing various information which is recorded and read by a magnetic head. The diskette includes a flexible plastic disk sheet uniformly coated with magnetic material and having a mount hole at its center, and a holder for securing the disk sheet over the periphery of the mount hole. The holder is also made of a plastic material for holding the flexible disk sheet over the peripheral portion of the mount hole via a double-sided adhesive ring. A core member is made of a magnetic metal having a high abrasive resistance and rigidly attached to the holder over at least a part of a surface of the holder, with which a drive unit is engaged.

摘要： A reproducing apparatus of a video disc player, wherein for a special reproduction such as a fast forward reproduction, or a reverse reproduction from a CLV disc, a field memory is provided for storing video signals of length of one field. A reading-in operation to the field memory is synchronized with a reproduced synchronizing signal. A writing-out operation from the field memory is synchronized with a reference synchronizing signal. A discontinuity of phase caused by a track jump is eliminated, and a stabilized picture on a TV monitor can be provided.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of correcting astigmatism in scanning electron microscopes and similar equipment which insures accurate correction of astigmatism simply by matching an astigmatism-correcting image, appearing on part of a Braun tube screen, to a predetermined point (such as a mark) on the screen, instead of depending on skill and perception. The apparatus for correcting astigmatism in scanning electron microscopes and similar equipment according to this invention provides a simple structure to implement the above astigmatism correcting method, connecting the X direction astigmatism correcting system through a first switch to one of the horizontal and vertical scanning systems and the Y direction astigmatism correcting system through the second switch to the other thereof.
