A data transmission control method, apparatus and system are provided. A radio communication node receives a data packet sent by a base station, where the data packet is generated by using a Packet Data Convergence Protocol protocol data unit PDCP PDU of the base station. The radio communication node acquires the PDCP PDU, which is used as a Radio Link Control service data unit RLC SDU, in the data packet. The radio communication node sends data generated by using the RLC SDU to a user equipment, where a user plane connection is established between the radio communication node and the user equipment, and a control plane connection is established between the base station and the user equipment.
Abstract:
This application discloses a resource reconfiguration method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a primary base station, a first message, where the first message is used to request to reconfigure, for a user equipment, a resource corresponding to a secondary base station; and initiating, by the primary base station, reconfiguration of the resource corresponding to the secondary base station for the user equipment. By means of this application, the resource corresponding to the secondary base station can be reconfigured for the user equipment in a case in which the secondary base station does not provide a reconfiguration function.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a connection establishment method and a user equipment. The connection establishment method includes: acquiring, by a second user equipment supporting a device to device (D2D) function, first user equipment information of a first user equipment supporting the D2D function; and initiating, by the second user equipment, a connection establishment process with a network-side device after the second user equipment determines that a connection with the first user equipment is established according to the first user equipment information, and sending the first user equipment information to the network-side device in the connection establishment process, so that a connection is established between the network-side device and the first user equipment. The present invention can realize establishment of a DPS bearer between the user equipments supporting the D2D function, realize communication between the user equipments supporting the D2D function and further realize resource controllability of a network.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a measurement method based on channel state information-reference signal CSI-RS resources, a base station, a user equipment UE, and a method for inter-cell CSI-RS resource sharing. The measurement method includes: sending, by a first base station, information of at least one CSI-RS configuration set to a user equipment UE; receiving, by the first base station, a result of measurement performed by the UE on a subset or a full set of measurement resources corresponding to the CSI-RS configuration set, wherein the CSI-RS configuration set includes at least two CSI-RS configurations. The technical solution for measurement provided in the embodiments of the present invention implements CSI-RS measurement over multiple CSI-RS configurations, thereby overcoming the problem that REs of a CSI-RS are sparse, and improving the measurement precision of a UE.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference coordination method and a base station. The method includes determining interfering cell base stations and interference levels of the interfering cell base stations and receiving power coordination information sent by the interfering cell base stations. The power coordination information is used to indicate a power headroom of an interfering cell base station on a specific channel resource or indicate a minimum transmit power of an interfering cell base station on a specific channel resource. A base station requiring interference coordination among the interfering cell base stations is determined according to the interference levels and power coordination information of the interfering cell base stations. A power adjustment request is sent to the base station requiring interference coordination so that the base station requiring interference coordination adjusts a transmit power on the specific channel resource.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device for determining a target cell. The method includes: acquiring information about a candidate cell for a mobile terminal; and determining the candidate cell as a target cell for the mobile terminal if the candidate cell is a preferred cell determined according to cell statistic information, where the cell statistic information includes: specific information about a cell having served the mobile terminal and specific information about the mobile terminal in the cell having served the mobile terminal. According to the solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a proper target cell may be determined for a mobile terminal, thereby avoiding a large number of handovers and reselections and saving network resources.

The method includes: A first apparatus notifies a second apparatus of a frequency domain resource of a first initial bandwidth part (BWP) in a candidate shared resource, where the frequency domain resource of the first initial BWP is not shared between the first apparatus and the second apparatus; the second apparatus notifies the first apparatus of a frequency domain resource of a second initial BWP in the candidate shared resource, where the frequency domain resource of the second initial BWP is not shared between the second apparatus and the first apparatus; and the first apparatus notifies the second apparatus of a resource that is in the candidate shared resource and that is expected by the first apparatus to be used for data transmission.

The present invention provides a data processing method, a node, a structure, and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by an aggregation node, a first non-access stratum message sent by user equipment UE, where the aggregation node includes at least two types of interfaces, and each type of interface is used to receive a first non-access stratum message of one radio access technology RAT type; converting, by the aggregation node, the first non-access stratum message into a non-access stratum message in a first format based on a RAT type of the first non-access stratum message, where the first format is a non-access stratum message transmission format supported between the aggregation node and a core-network control plane entity; and sending, by the aggregation node, the non-access stratum message in the first format to the core-network control plane entity.

A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. The communication method includes: sending, by a terminal device, a first indication message, where the first indication message is used to indicate a first time type and/or a first time precision, or the first indication message is used to indicate an access network device to send time information to the terminal device; receiving, by the terminal device, the time information; and synchronizing, by the terminal device, a time of the terminal device based on the time information. Correspondingly, a communications apparatus is further provided. According to the embodiments of this application, the terminal device can obtain, based on requirements of different application scenarios, a time type and/or time precision preferred by the terminal device.
