    Abstract: A physical random access channel enhanced transmission method, a network device, and a terminal are disclosed, where implementation of the terminal is used as an example, and the terminal includes: a processor, configured to determine level information of physical random access channel PRACH enhanced transmission; and to determine a first characteristic parameter that is of PRACH enhanced transmission and that is related to the determined level information of PRACH enhanced transmission, where the first characteristic parameter includes transmit power and a preamble format; and a transmitter, configured to perform PRACH enhanced sending according to the first characteristic parameter determined by the processor.

    Abstract: A method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a MPDCCH, where the MPDCCH includes a quantity of repeated sending times of the MPDCCH and timing indication information; determining a time domain location of a first subframe based on the quantity of repeated sending times of the MPDCCH, where the first subframe is the last subframe that carries the MPDCCH; determining a time domain location of a second subframe based on the timing indication information and the time domain location of the first subframe, where the second subframe is a start subframe that carries a PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH, a resource allocation granularity of the PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH is a target resource unit, and a quantity of subcarriers occupied by the target resource unit in frequency domain is less than or equal to 12; and sending, in the second subframe, the PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide an information transmission method, a base station, user equipment, and a system, which relate to the field of information transmission. The method includes: determining a characteristic parameter of user equipment; determining, according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment, and using the resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment as a first resource configuration, where the first resource configuration includes one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a spreading resource configuration, a random access preamble format configuration, a narrowband resource configuration, and a frequency hopping pattern configuration; and determining a resource according to the first resource configuration, and performing information transmission with the user equipment by using the resource. In this way, unnecessary resource use and power expenditure are avoided, thereby economizing on resources.

    Abstract: Example control information format processing methods, base stations, and apparatuses are described herein. One example method includes determining a control information format of downlink control information. When the control information format of the downlink control information is a first control information format, a first field included in the downlink control information corresponding to the first control information format indicates a valid setting. When the control information format of the downlink control information is a second control information format, a second field included in the downlink control information corresponding to the second control information format indicates an invalid setting. The downlink control information is then sent to user equipment (UE).

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a physical downlink control channel sending method. The method includes: sending configuration information of a first physical downlink control channel on a predefined resource, where the configuration information of the first physical downlink control channel is used to indicate manners of sending and receiving the first physical downlink control channel; and sending the first physical downlink control channel according to the configuration information of the first physical downlink control channel. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure further disclose a physical downlink control channel receiving method, a base station device, and user equipment. By using the present disclosure, a physical downlink control channel, especially, an EPDCCH channel, can be transmitted, to resolve a problem of physical downlink control channel transmission caused by the fact that narrowband user equipment cannot receive a broadband PDCCH channel.
