摘要: Disclosed herein is a system for controlling the cooling or heating of a battery. The system includes a battery having a hermetic sealing structure to prevent passage of air from an exterior, a pressure sensor provided on the battery to measure internal pressure of the battery, an climate control system cooling or heating the battery, and a controller determining cooling or heating of the climate control system depending on whether the internal pressure of the battery is positive pressure or negative pressure based on a measured result of the pressure sensor, the controller controlling cooling or heating strength depending on a level of the positive pressure or negative pressure.

摘要: A deep learning-based cooling system temperature prediction apparatus has an artificial neural network modeled by connecting a plurality of artificial neural network submodels each including an input layer, a hidden layer, and an output layer is used. A pump flow speed, a cooling water flow rate, a battery inlet cooling water temperature, a motor inlet cooling water temperature, a radiator outlet cooling water temperature, a battery temperature, and a motor temperature are predicted by inputting at least one of a predetermined control variable, an environment variable, or a time variable to the plurality of artificial neural network submodels in accordance with a physical causality. A number of the plurality of artificial neural network submodels and the control variables or environment variables that are sequentially input to each submodel depend on divisional control and integral control of the cooling system.

摘要: An indoor heating line is arranged to pass through a heater core for a coolant heater and indoor air conditioning, and is provided with a first pump so that coolant can flow. A battery heating line is branched from a downstream point of the heater core and connected to an upstream point of the coolant heater after passing through a battery heat exchange part for temperature-raising a high voltage battery, where the battery heating line includes a first heat exchange flow passage that connects a downstream point of the heater core to a first side of the battery heat exchange part, and a second heat exchange flow passage that connects a second side thereof and an upstream point of the coolant heater, where the first heat exchange flow passage and the second heat exchange flow passage are configured to mutually exchange heat.

摘要: A cooling system for vehicles is provided. The cooling system includes a cooling channel disposed in a wheel housing of a vehicle and having an inlet port and an outlet port, and a cooling line that connects the inlet port and the outlet port of the cooling channel to a heat-emitting part of the vehicle to cool the heat-emitting part using the cooling channel. A cooling medium is introduced into the cooling channel through the inlet port, circulates through the cooling channel, and is discharged through the outlet port. One surface of the cooling channel is exposed toward the wheel of the vehicle to exchange heat with air swirling in a space formed between the wheel and the wheel housing.
