摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle battery is disclosed. The system includes a reservoir tank, which is positioned outside a vehicle and which stores refrigerant therein, a refrigerant supply line for supplying the refrigerant from the reservoir tank to a heat exchange circuit, which exchanges heat with the battery mounted in the vehicle, a refrigerant recovery line for recovering the refrigerant discharged from the heat exchanger circuit, a cable, which is connected at one end thereof to the reservoir tank and which includes therein the refrigerant supply line or the refrigerant recovery line, and a connector provided at a remaining end of the cable, which serves to connect the refrigerant supply line or the refrigerant recovery line in the cable to an inlet or an outlet of the heat exchange circuit when the connector is coupled to the vehicle.

摘要: A thermal management system includes a refrigerant line including a compressor, a water-cooled condenser, and a cooling core for indoor air conditioning connected to the water-cooled condenser such that refrigerant emerging from the water-cooled condenser is introduced into the cooling core for indoor air conditioning, and a battery line including a high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and a heater core for indoor air conditioning. The battery line is connected to the refrigerant line through the water-cooled condenser in a heat exchangeable manner such that the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and the heater core for indoor air conditioning are connected in parallel to the water-cooled condenser via a first valve to cause cooling water heated while passing through the water-cooled condenser to be selectively introduced into the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module or the heater core for indoor air conditioning.

摘要: A combined heat exchanger module includes a first upper tank introducing cooling water into the combined heat exchanger module, a lower tank introducing the cooling water into or discharging the cooling water from the combined heat exchanger module, a second upper tank for discharging the cooling water from the combined heat exchanger module, first heat radiating channels connected with the first upper tank and the lower tank, second heat radiating channels connected with the lower tank and the second upper tank, and thermoelectric elements, in which each of the thermoelectric elements has a first surface in contact with the second heat radiating channels and a second surface exposed to air, thereby performing heating of air by use of both the cooling water and the thermoelectric elements or performing cooling of the cooling water by use of the thermoelectric elements.

摘要: A coolant heating apparatus for an electric vehicle includes a sheath heater formed in a coil form at a center side of the coolant heating apparatus; one or more inner tubes, one of which has an inlet formed at one side thereof for introduction of coolant, the one or more inner tubes being arranged to surround the sheath heater or to be surrounded by the sheath heater, and the one or more inner tubes having a plurality of through-holes formed on respective outer peripheral surfaces thereof so that the coolant introduced into the inlet is discharged through the through-holes; and an outer tube surrounding the sheath heater and the one or more inner tubes and having an outlet formed at one side thereof so that the coolant heated by the sheath heater is introduced through the through-holes of the one or more inner tubes and is discharged through the outlet.

摘要: A cooling system for vehicles is provided. The cooling system includes a cooling channel disposed in a wheel housing of a vehicle and having an inlet port and an outlet port, and a cooling line that connects the inlet port and the outlet port of the cooling channel to a heat-emitting part of the vehicle to cool the heat-emitting part using the cooling channel. A cooling medium is introduced into the cooling channel through the inlet port, circulates through the cooling channel, and is discharged through the outlet port. One surface of the cooling channel is exposed toward the wheel of the vehicle to exchange heat with air swirling in a space formed between the wheel and the wheel housing.
