Abstract:
The present invention provides a connector test device. The device includes a test jig which has a conductive test pin to detect whether a conductive pin of a connector is appropriately connected to the conductive test pin or not, and a moving pin and a test terminal to detect whether a waterproof pin of the connector is appropriately installed in the connector or not. The device simultaneously displays the electricity conduction states between the conductive pin and the conductive test pin and between the moving pin and the test terminal. The device easily and accurately measures the installed states of both the conductive pin and the waterproof pin provided in the connector.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a head of an inkjet printer includes forming a heater on a substrate and also forming an ink feeding passage through the substrate in a vertical relation to a surface where the heater is formed, forming an ink chamber communicating with the ink feeding passage of the substrate; attaching the substrate to the nozzle plate, and forming a tapered nozzle in the nozzle plate, the tapered nozzle being narrower in diameter in an inside of the nozzle plate than an outside of the nozzle plate, by radiating a laser beam from inside toward the outside of the nozzle plate, wherein the substrate is used as a mask. Since the nozzle is formed by radiating the laser beam to the nozzle plate through the ink feeding passage of the substrate after attaching the nozzle plate to the substrate, the accuracy of the nozzle in form and position improves, and the nozzle of desirable structure of the improved ink discharge efficiency can be obtained by radiating the laser beam only once. Also, the manufacturing process becomes simpler, and due to improved manufacturing process, the productivity increases.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a silicon substrate having a predetermined lower structure including a gate and a bonding area; forming an interlayer dielectric film on the top side of the substrate; forming a photosensitive film pattern, which exposes an area for providing contact, on the interlayer dielectric film; forming a contact hole exposing a bonding area of the substrate by etching the exposed part of the interlayer dielectric film; removing the photosensitive film pattern; performing a dry cleaning on the exposed bonding area of the substrate so that CF based polymer formed in the etching step is removed; and performing a nitrogen-hydrogen plasma processing on the surface of the exposed bonding area of the substrate so that oxygen polymer and remaining CF-based polymer are removed. Therefore, since hydrogen plasma processing is performed after contact etching, ohmic contact characteristics can be secured. In addition, since the hydrogen plasma processing is performed using a conventional photosensitive film strip apparatus, cost required to install and maintain an additional apparatus is not generated.
Abstract:
A double metal cyanide complex catalyst for producing polyol, which is produced by using monovalent alcohol and polyvalent alcohol as a complexing agent. The double metal cyanide complex catalyst has advantages in that when polyol is produced by an epoxide polymerization reaction, the amount of unsaturated polyol produced is small, catalyst activation time is short, and the production yield of polyol is increased. There is no need to remove remaining catalyst from polyol after the polymerization reaction.
Abstract:
An optical connector module including: a holder including at least one optical device and electrode; a connector having at least one optical fiber for light transmission, to correspond to the optical device, and latches; and a body in an open structure without top and bottom plates, having a base, a pair of sidewall portions extending from the base, a binding space for receiving the holder and the connector such that the input/output ends of the optical fiber of the connector are aligned to the optical device of the holder, and latch-receiving grooves on the sidewall portions to receive the latches of the connector. The configuration of the optical connector module allows for a slim design and thus it can be applicable for high-speed signal transmission and reception to a slim device which requires such a thin optical connector module.

Abstract:
A connection assembly of a computer and a port replicator for distributing a plurality of signals generated from the computer to each of a plurality of peripheral devices. The connection assembly includes a first optical connecter installed at the computer for transmitting input signals using light, a second optical connecter installed at the port replicator to correspond to the first optical connecter for transmitting input signals using light, and a portion for coupling the first and second optical connecters to communicate with each other. Thus, since the first and second light-receiving/emitting units are disposed to be separated a predetermined distance from each other and exchange information signals, the reliability with respect to connection can be maintained when the port replicator is repeatedly connected and disconnected to and from the computer. Also, EMI can be reduced by replacing the pin and pin holder with the first and second light-receiving/emitting units. Further, the replacement of the pin and pin holder with the optical connecter, which is smaller in volume and lighter, makes the entire connection assembly lightweight.
Abstract:
An emergency sign with orientable light assemblies is an apparatus that displays a message or instructions and alerts nearby individuals of an emergency or event. The apparatus includes a sign, a first orientable light assembly, and a second orientable light assembly. The first orientable light assembly and the second orientable light assembly each include a brace, a post, a sleeve, a carriage, a track, and a light fixture. The first orientable light assembly and the second orientable light are mounted onto the sign and are opposite each other about the sign. The brace positions the light fixture about the sign. The sleeve integrated into the brace and the post is rotatably connected within the sleeve so that the light fixture may spin. The carriage is terminally mounted to the post and the track is integrated into the light fixture so that the light fixture may laterally slide.
