The present invention provides a connector test device. The device includes a test jig which has a conductive test pin to detect whether a conductive pin of a connector is appropriately connected to the conductive test pin or not, and a moving pin and a test terminal to detect whether a waterproof pin of the connector is appropriately installed in the connector or not. The device simultaneously displays the electricity conduction states between the conductive pin and the conductive test pin and between the moving pin and the test terminal. The device easily and accurately measures the installed states of both the conductive pin and the waterproof pin provided in the connector.

Provided is a method of preparing low-crystallinity oltipraz or amorphous oltipraz. The method includes: obtaining a mixed solution containing oltipraz and a water-soluble polymer or a water-insoluble polymer in a solvent, the solvent being an organic solvent or purified water; and solid-dispersing the oltipraz in the polymer. In the solid-dispersing, the mixed solution may be spray dried using a spray dryer or granulated using a fluid bed granulator.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an actuator for an inkjet print head. The actuator includes a vibrating plate having a thin film structure and flexurally deformable in its thickness direction; a first etch stopper film laminated on one surface of the vibrating plate; a chamber plate laminated on the surface of the first etch stopper film opposite to the vibrating plate, and having a plurality of solution chambers formed therein and spaced apart from each other by a desired distance, the solution chambers having a width gradually larger from a middle portion and toward upper and lower portions; and a second etch stopper film laminated on the surface of the chamber plate opposite to the first etch stopper film, and including through holes therein, the through holes being formed such that they communicated vertically concentrically with the corresponding ones of the solution chambers, the through holes having a width smaller than that of the solution chambers. Therefore, the actuator is excellent in reproductivity of uniform solution chambers, and is increased in bonding area of the chamber plate to other plate structures and, therefore, is increased in bonding force of the channel plate. This allows a rigidity of the chamber plate to be increased while improving an ink jetting-out performance of the inkjet print head.
Abstract:
A method for fabricating a microactuator for an inkjet head, which achieves easy formation of oxide piezoelectric elements and upper electrodes having desired patterns, using a patterning process mainly used in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. The method includes the steps of sequentially laminating a vibrating plate, a lower electrode, an oxide piezoelectric sheet, and an electrode layer, patterning the electrode layer, thereby forming upper electrodes of a desired pattern, and patterning the oxide piezoelectric sheet in accordance with an etching process while using the upper electrodes as a mask, thereby forming oxide piezoelectric elements of a desired pattern. Alternatively, the method includes the steps of sequentially laminating a lower electrode and an oxide piezoelectric sheet over a vibrating plate, patterning the oxide piezoelectric sheet in accordance with an etching process, thereby forming oxide piezoelectric elements of a desired pattern, depositing an electrode layer over the resulting structure, and patterning the electrode layer while using the piezoelectric elements as a mask, thereby forming upper electrodes of a desired pattern.

Abstract:
A laser diode package having an optical power monitoring function includes a monitor diode for monitoring an optical power of the light emitted from a laser diode. In the laser diode package, an optical member has a projection window for advancing the light emitted from the laser diode to a desired direction and a reflection surface from which the light emitted from the laser diode is reflected. The monitor diode receives the light reflected from the reflection surface of the optical member in order to monitor an optical power of the light emitted from the laser diode. A slot is installed on an area except for an optical path which is formed by the light projected via the projection window of the optical member, for shielding ambient light. Thus, the laser diode package having an optical power monitoring function prevents a mix-operation of the monitor diode due to the ambient light.
