    摘要: Disclosed are a light emitting diode having a thermal conductive substrate and a method of fabricating the same. The light emitting diode includes a thermal conductive insulating substrate. A plurality of metal patterns are spaced apart from one another on the insulating substrate, and light emitting cells are located in regions on the respective metal patterns. Each of the light emitting cells includes a P-type semiconductor layer, an active layer and an N-type semiconductor layer. Meanwhile, metal wires electrically connect upper surfaces of the light emitting cells to adjacent metal patterns. Accordingly, since the light emitting cells are operated on the thermal conductive substrate, a heat dissipation property of the light emitting diode can be improved.

    摘要: An active magnetic antenna with a ferrite core having a winding is provided, forming a frame magnetic antenna which is connected with a low-noise transistor, to amplify a signal of the frame magnetic antenna. A base of the transistor is connected directly to one contact of the winding, and a second contact of the winding is capable of shifting a voltage of the base of the transistor. The impedance of the frame magnetic antenna is adjusted as a complex conjugate with an impedance of the base of the transistor of the low-noise amplifier, and the winding eliminates its own resonances.

    摘要: Disclosed is an AC light emitting device having photonic crystal structures and a method of fabricating the same. The light emitting device includes a plurality of light emitting cells and metallic wirings electrically connecting the light emitting cells with one another. Further, each of the light emitting cells includes a first conductive type semiconductor layer, a second conductive type semiconductor layer disposed on one region of the first conductive type semiconductor layer, and an active layer interposed between the first and second conductive type semiconductor layers. In addition, a photonic crystal structure is formed in the second conductive type semiconductor layer. The photonic crystal structure prevents light emitted from the active layer from laterally propagating by means of a periodic array, such that light extraction efficiency of the light emitting device can be improved. Furthermore, the metallic wirings electrically connect a plurality of light emitting cells with one another such that an AC light emitting device can be provided.

    摘要: In a laser irradiation device, a patterning method and a method of fabricating an Organic Light Emitting Display (OLED) using the same. The laser irradiation device includes a light source, a mask, a projection lens, and a Fresnel lens formed at a predetermined portion of the mask to change an optical path. When an organic layer pattern is formed using the laser irradiation device, laser radiation is irradiated onto a region of an organic layer, which is to be cut, and the laser radiation is appropriately irradiated onto a region of the organic layer, which is to be separated from a donor substrate. The laser radiation irradiated onto an edge of the organic layer pattern has a laser energy density greater than that of the laser radiation irradiated onto other portions of the organic layer pattern. As a result, it is possible to form a uniform organic layer pattern and reduce damage of the organic layer.
