摘要： An ink cartridge including an ink storage chamber in which ink is stored, a cover to cover the upper portion of the ink storage chamber and a head to eject ink droplets in the ink storage chamber onto a recording medium, wherein the cover includes an inner cover to cover the upper portion of the ink storage chamber and an outer cover that seals the ink storage chamber and the inner cover, and is positioned at a predetermined distance above the inner cover. Also provided are plates to form zigzag air passages by blocking a space between the inner cover and the outer cover. With the ink cartridge according to the present invention, it is possible to satisfactorily suppress the backward flow of ink contained in an ink storage chamber due to overheating of or careless treatment of the ink cartridge. Even if ink flows backward from the ink storage chamber, it is stored in an ink storage space, thus preventing the clogging of an air passage. Further, air entering the ink storage space is filtered, passing through the air passage, and additional components are not required to seal up an opening to which ink is supplied. For this reason, manufacturing costs can be reduced and a manufacturing process can be simplified.

摘要： Provided are a thin film transistor (TFT) including a selectively crystallized channel layer, and a method of manufacturing the TFT. The TFT includes a gate, the channel layer, a source, and a drain. The channel layer is formed of an oxide semiconductor, and at least a portion of the channel layer contacting the source and the drain is crystallized. In the method of manufacturing the TFT, the channel layer is formed of an oxide semiconductor, and a metal component is injected into the channel layer so as to crystallize at least a portion of the channel layer contacting the source and the drain. The metal component can be injected into the channel layer by depositing and heat-treating a metal layer or by ion-implantation.

摘要： An ink cartridge to prevent image degradation due to a misalignment of nozzles in a transfer direction of a printing medium and a transverse direction includes a print head substrate, a first head unit including at least one first print head chip which is disposed on the print head substrate and includes a plurality of first nozzles arranged in plural lines in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction which is a transfer direction of a printing medium, thereby forming a first line in the second direction, and a second head unit including at least one second print head chip which is disposed on the print head substrate and which has an ink jetting area overlapping a predetermined area of the first line, thereby forming an overlapping area, and which includes a plurality of second nozzles arranged in plural lines in the second direction, thereby forming a second line spaced from the first line, and dots formed by the first and the second nozzles, which neighbor each other in the overlapping area when jetting ink, have a gap with respect to the first and the second directions within a range satisfying the following equation: T≦(n±⅛)*P(n is integer) wherein “T” denotes a gap between dots formed by the first and the second nozzles neighboring each other, and “P” denotes a pixel value.
