The processor is configured to determine a hit time for each of a plurality of content items based on at least one of users' history of access to the content items on content distribution clusters in a content distribution network, the users' past ratings of the content items, and social network information associated with the users. The hit time of a content item indicates a number of times that the content item is likely to be accessed by the users. The processor is further configured to compute caching priorities of the content items based on a caching policy of the device and the determined hit times, and initiate a redistribution, over a network, of the plurality of content items over the content distribution clusters of the content distribution network based on the caching priorities.

    摘要: Various embodiments are disclosed for generating multiple output bitrates of a video processing device for encoding video. The method comprises receiving video data comprising a plurality of frames encoding, by a single encoding engine, the received video data to generate a plurality of bitstreams corresponding to different bitrates by sharing such coding decisions as which motion vectors to retrieve, intra-mode prediction, and intra and inter-mode decisions. The method further comprises determining an available network bandwidth for transmitting encoded video and transmitting one or more of the plurality of bitstreams generated by the single encoding engine based on the determined available bandwidth.

    摘要: A metal clamp with a plastic sleeve, includes a clamp body made of metal, wherein the plastic sleeve is disposed at the clamp body to locate the clamp body. The plastic sleeve can be classified into an integral plastic sleeve and a split type plastic sleeve. The clamp body is fixed to the plastic sleeve by a circumferential groove on the plastic sleeve. The present invention has the advantage as follows. A shaking of the metal clamp in construction is avoided, the plastic pipe and the pipe fitting is able to achieve firm connection. In addition, fittings between the inner diameter on both ends of the plastic sleeve and the plastic pipe is capable of keeping a relative position among the metal clamp, the plastic pipe and the pipe fitting.
