    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a secondary battery includes positive electrodes, negative electrodes, a separator, a positive electrode lead, a negative electrode lead, and an aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrodes each include a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode tab. The positive electrode current collector includes a first polymeric material. The negative electrodes each include a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode tab. The negative electrode current collector includes a second polymeric material. At least a portion of the positive electrode tab is in direct contact with the positive electrode lead. At least a portion of the negative electrode tab is in direct contact with the negative electrode lead.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electrode structure is provided. The electrode structure includes: the current collector; the active material-containing layer provided on at least one surface of the current collector; and the organic fiber layer provided on the active material-containing layer. The organic fiber layer includes: the first region facing the active material-containing layer; and the second region adjacent to the first region, present on the center side of the main surface of the organic fiber layer, and facing the active material-containing layer. The density D1 of the first region of the organic fiber layer is higher than the density D2 of the second region of the organic fiber layer.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electrode is provided. The electrode includes an active material-containing layer and a current collector. The active material-containing layer comprises a first edge having an arc shape and a second edge positioned opposite to the first edge. The current collector comprises an active material-supporting section supporting the active material-containing layer, and an active material-non-supporting section. The curving amount is represented by a maximum distance from the first edge to a reference line connecting two points on the first edge. The curving amount is in a range of −1 mm or more and less than 0 mm.
