摘要: An agitation method for mixing a solution and a solvent to precipitate a solid substance from the solution. The method includes preparing an agitation mixer including an agitation vessel, an impeller rotated in the agitation vessel, and a feed pipe connected to the agitation vessel and having a multiple pipe structure including an outer pipe and an inner pipe arranged in the outer pipe. A shearing clearance is formed in the agitation vessel between the impeller and the feed pipe. The method further includes shearing the solution and the solvent by rotating the impeller to precipitate the solid substance while feeding the solution and the solvent into the shearing clearance from the outer pipe and the inner pipe.

摘要: A method for measuring an acrolein adduct present in a sample comprising the steps of: (a) mixing a sample containing the acrolein adduct with a solution comprising an immunoglobulin that specifically recognizes the acrolein adduct; (b) adding to the mixture obtained in the step (a), a solution comprising microparticles to which a substance that specifically binds to the immunoglobulin that specifically recognizes the acrolein adduct and a blocking agent have been bound, and mixing them; and (c) measuring an extent of an agglutination reaction of the microparticles in the mixture obtained in the step (b), wherein the extent of the agglutination reaction being decreased relative to an amount of the acrolein adduct in the sample. The method enables a measurement of an acrolein adduct without requiring a complex operation.

摘要: The present invention provides a water purifying system capable of efficiently producing treated water containing boron at a low concentration. Water to be treated is first fed to the RO membrane apparatus 1 and the passed water is fed through the boron absorptive apparatus 2. Water which was passed through the boron absorptive apparatus 2 and of which boron was thus removed is fed through the electrodeionization apparatus 3. In this manner, water treated by electrodeionization is taken out as treated water. The condensed water of the electrodeionization apparatus 3 may be discharged or returned to the upstream side of the RO membrane apparatus 1 through a return pipe 4 so that the condensed water is added to water to be treated. Suitably used as the absorptive agent accommodated in the boron absorptive apparatus 2 is a boron selective absorptive agent capable of selectively absorbing boron.
