    摘要： Systems or methods for managing a handover (e.g. over a Un or Uu connection or interface) of a relay from an eNB such as a source eNB to another eNB such as a target eNB may be provided where the source eNB or DeNB may provide a backhaul link to the relay and the relay may provide an access link to a user equipment (UE). To manage the handover, access information may be received and a determination may be made regarding whether one or more target eNBs may be capable of handling the relay based on the access information. Additionally, the relay that may be handed over may be configured to use radio access network (RAN) sharing, a mobility management entity (MME) may be selected, and/or a EUTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) may be modified.

    摘要： In a wireless communication system using a reference channel used for error rate measurement and associated with a plurality of transport channels multiplexed on a coded composite transport channel (CCTrCH), a method is employed for reselection of the reference channel from favorable candidate transport channels. A channel is initially selected from the plurality of multiplexed channels as the reference channel. Channels are monitored based on quantitative data content criteria to determine whether an ON or OFF state exists. A different channel is selected from the plurality of multiplexed channels as the reselected RTrCH when a better candidate transport channel in the ON state becomes available, or when the monitored RTrCH reflects an OFF state.

The H(e)NBs and/or L-GW may belong to one or more Local H(e)NB Networks (LHNs). A WTRU may receive services including Selected Internet Protocol (IP) Traffic Offload (SIPTO) or Local IP Access (LIPA) services from the L-GW via one or more H(e)NBs. The WTRU may continue to receive SIPTO or LIPA services after a handover to another H(e)NB that may be in communication with the same L-GW and may belong to the same LHN. The WTRU may receive information related to the LHN or the L-GW to allow continuation of SIPTO or LIPA services as the WTRU moves among H(e)NBs and/or out of the LHN. The WTRU may receive and/or maintain one or more LHN Lists.

    摘要： A method and apparatus for multiple radio access technology (multi-RAT) access mode operation for a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) are disclosed. A WTRU and a network may enable a multi-RAT access mode of operation based on at least one of WTRU subscription, a service agreement of the WTRU, a roaming status of the WTRU, a selected access point name (APN), an Internet protocol (IP) flow class, a subscriber profile identity for the WTRU, requested quality of service, or a proximity indication indicating proximity to a cell supporting multi-RAT access mode. The WTRU may send a capability indication of support of multi-RAT access to a network, wherein the multi-RAT access mode is enabled based on the capability indication. A partial handover of bearers may be performed. In performing the handover, the target cell is determined based on a priority rule.
