    摘要: A compact ultrasonic motor is made easy to assemble and replace in an electronic apparatus by providing various electronic circuit components on a connector formed integrally with the ultrasonic motor. In one embodiment, a piezoelectric element is in contact with a vibrating body for undergoing vibration along with expansion-and-contraction movement of the piezoelectric element. A moving member is in contact with the vibrating body for undergoing movement in a desired direction in response to vibration of the vibrating body. A support member supports the piezoelectric element, the vibrating body, the moving member, along with a driving circuit for driving the ultrasonic motor and a connector for connecting the piezoelectric element to the driving circuit. The driving circuit is an AC signal generating circuit for supplying an AC signal to the piezoelectric element and a phase adjusting device for adjusting phase characteristics of the AC signal generating circuit. By providing the driving circuit and the connector on the support member, the ultrasonic motor is compact and easy to handle.

    摘要: A small, efficient and stable ultrasonic motor is provided, wherein force is prevented from varying before and after assembly and can be adjusted after assembly without requiring troublesome operations. An electronic apparatus with such a ultrasonic motor is also provided. The ultrasonic motor has a force applying device for applying a force to a vibrating member to be vibrated and to a moving member placed in abutment against the vibrating member to cause a frictional force therebetween so that the moving member is driven by the frictional force. The force applying device comprises a main force applying device for applying a main force and a force adjusting elements for adjusting the force applied by the main force applying device. In one embodiment, the main force applying device is a leaf spring and the force applying elements are slits formed in the leaf spring and strips formed between the slits. Adjustment of the force applied by the leaf spring is performed by removing one or more of the strips.

The grindstone is on a surface portion, and near a peripheral edge, of a circular support base plate, so that a peripheral edge portion of the circular support base plate has on a surface side thereof a two-layer structure. This two-layered structure includes a flat ring-shaped portion jutting toward an inner periphery so as to define a groove opening inward. The grindstone is mounted on the flat ring-shaped portion; and a damping material is filled and mounted into the groove. This grinding body can effectively prevent the formation of a spiral mark and a pitching surface mark, improve the grinding power and grinding accuracy, and prolong the life of the grindstone.

A compressor of a turbo charger is not provided between a connecting point to the air supply path and a connecting point to the burned gas discharging path along the intake pipe.

    摘要: An ink cartridge takes the form of a bag, and is formed out of a laminate which includes films laminated together. Compressive stress exists in one of the films. Therefore, when a hollow needle pierces the bag, the stress causes this film to function in such a manner as to block the pierced hole. This brings the film into close contact with the needle, preventing ink leakage securely. It is also possible to prevent the cracks developed in the laminate by external injuries from progressing. It is possible to form the laminate by bonding a plurality of films having different coefficients of thermal expansion together at high temperature, and cooling the bonded films. It is possible to form the bag by heat-sealing the laminate.
