摘要： A method of manufacturing a honeycomb structure having a plugged portion, wherein a mask is applied to the honeycomb structure, a plugging material is supplied on the mask or on the same plane as a surface of the mask, and a pressurizing apparatus disposed at an acute angle with respect to the surface of the mask and having a pressurizing face for pressurizing the plugging material is moved to fill the plugging material into the cells of the honeycomb structure. The pressurizing apparatus is moved on the mask with a part of the region of the pressurizing face being brought into surface contact with the mask via the plugging material to pressurize the plugging material toward the cell side and to push out an extra plugging material in the direction of movement to further pressurize and fill the material into the cells with forming the region of the surface contact.

摘要： There is provided an image processing method which can provide appropriate image property information in accordance with the operation mode, and can realize a more preferable image process by arbitrarily switching the priority of image property information to be added. To this end, image data which contains first image property information for each predetermined unit is input from a scanner (1002), and is segmented by a tile bus (1048). Each segmented data is compressed by a tile compression section (1047). Compressed image data is stored in a memory such as a RAM (1021) or the like. In this case, if the size of the compressed image data is equal to or larger than a predetermined size, image data excluding first image property information is stored. On the other hand, when second image property information is designated by a UI (1032) or CPU (1006), and image data is output to be printed by a printer (1003), the second image property information is set as image property information of image data expanded by an expansion section (1044) by an image property information substitution section (1058).

The display panel is rotatably attached to the main body between a close position and an open position. The position sensor detects a position of the display panel. The disk drive includes a nonvolatile memory and a disc medium. The controller sets the disk drive to a first mode when the display panel is in the open position and a second mode when the display panel is in the close position. In the first mode, an access to the disc medium is permitted. In the second mode, the access to the disc medium is inhibited and the nonvolatile memory temporary stores the data input to the disk drive.
