摘要: A push-on switch includes a contact substrate provided thereon with a switch contact assembly, and an elastically deformable member disposed on the switch contact assembly. The push-on switch further includes a push button having a plate portion and a tubular portion. The tubular portion extends downward from the peripheral edge of the plate portion to surround an upper portion of the elastically deformable member. The plate portion is formed with a recess on an underside thereof at its center. A bottom surface of the recess is placed on a top surface of the elastically deformable member. The push-on switch further includes a tubular case fixed to the contact substrate. The tubular case supports the tubular portion of the push button so as to be vertically movable in the tubular case.

摘要: A push button switch for use with an operating key of electronic appliances having a long working stroke, a clear step feeling during the switching operation, and an overstroke after switching is complete. The switch contains a pressure member 17 made of elastic material disposed between the push button 18 and movable contact point 16. As the domed movable contact point 16 is pressed during the switching operation via the pressure member 17, the working stroke of the switch can be made longer for a quantity equivalent to that of the compression deformation in the pressure member 17, before and after the reversal action of the domed movable contact point 16. Also, there is provided a clearance for outward expansion for the top extrusion of the pressure member 17 during compression deformation. Due to the alignment of these components, the possibility of the pressure member 17 and push button 18 dislocating or rattling is minimized. Once the top part of the push button 18 has been pressed with an operating key of the electronic appliance and the switching is complete, the lid 19 of the box-shape case 11 protects the push button 18 and the movable contact point 16 from excessive forces or damage.

摘要: A thin film of conductive high molecular compound is formed on a substrate such as Si followed by a heat treatment, and thereafter an electron beam exposure and subsequent development are made, to form pattern of the thin film of conductive high molecular compound; this method can eliminate forming of metal film to prevent the electron charge, can prevent charging of resist in electron-beam exposure or further prevent proximity effect when combined with deep ultraviolet light exposure.

摘要: A magnetic head for magnetic tape recording and reproducing apparatus utilizing Mn-Zn single crystalline ferrite at least for the tip core or front portion of a head core where an air gap is formed, wherein different phases are locally precipitated only at the region including the air gap at the central portion thereof where a running magnetic tape contacts during the recording and reproducing operation of the apparatus. The output of the head is considerably increased with the ferrite noise inherent in single crystalline ferrite heads kept at a low level, in comparison with the conventional single crystalline ferrite heads in which the precipitation of the different phases is not limited to the above-noted region of the head core. The head is made by a method comprising disposing a masking film or coating of metal or oxide over the whole surfaces of the head core except for the above-mentioned region and treating the core at a temperature of 1,000.degree. C.-1,200.degree. C. under an atmosphere with an oxygen density of less than 3%.

摘要: In a method for recovering zinc and lead from a dust containing ferric oxide, zinc oxide and lead oxide discharged from a metal refining metallurgical furnace, the dust is charged into the entry of a rotary kiln together with a granular carbonaceous reducing agent. The atmosphere of the interior of the kiln comprises a reducing atmosphere zone accounting for a major portion of the interior including the entry section of the kiln and an oxidizing atmosphere zone accounting for a minor portion of the interior including at least a part of the exit section of the kiln. The temperature of the interior of the kiln is increased by the combustion of a fuel from at least one burner installed at the exit section of the kiln directed toward the interior of the kiln. The dust is reduced in the reducing atmosphere zone to vaporized zinc and lead, and also to reduce the ferric oxide into ferrous oxide. The resultant zinc and lead are reoxidized in the oxidizing atmosphere zone, and discharged from the kiln, together with exhaust gases produced in the kiln to recover zinc and lead. The method includes the characterizing step of reoxidizing the ferrous oxide into the ferric oxide in the oxidizing atmosphere zone. The characterizing step has an effect enabling saving an amount of the reducing agent used as the fuel which corresponds to the amount necessary to generating the heat corresponding to that obtained by the reoxidation heat of the ferrous oxide.
