摘要: An apparatus for resorting piece goods assortments comprises a supply device, which transports along a first predefined transport path a piece goods assortment containing a plurality of piece goods arranged in predefined geometric positions, and at least one redistribution unit arranged at least partially downstream of the supply device along the transport path of the piece goods assortment. The redistribution unit comprises at least one pick-up element for picking up an individual item of piece goods of the piece goods assortment or a group of piece goods of the piece goods assortment, and a discharge device which is arranged downstream of the redistribution unit along the transport path. The pick-up element of the redistribution unit is movable in at least two different directions. The pick-up element removes individual piece goods or groups of piece goods from the piece goods assortment and transfers said piece goods to the discharge device.

摘要: A turret-like insertion head having at least one twisting device for mounting electrical components. The insertion head has a stator, a rotor and an optical measuring device. A plurality of circularly distributed grippers are mounted on the rotor such that the grippers can rotate about a mounting axis. The optical measuring device detects the position of the components held on the grippers, and as a result, a component can be twisted into its approximate mounting position during forward movement of the gripper before making a final position measurement, thereby saving time.

摘要: The invention relates to a dosing apparatus for pastelike substances and mixtures thereof with a solvent by means of an injector, comprising an integrated shutoff device. The apparatus contains a detection device which detects the amount of paste according to conductimetry. The shutoff device is a dual piston valve closing an opening between the paste supply tube and an injector suction chamber as well as an opening between the solvent supply tube and an injector pre-chamber. The invention also relates to a method for dosing pastelike substances and the mixtures thereof with a solvent by means of such a device. By opening a shut-off device in a supply tube for a pressurized solvent, a dual piston valve moves against an opposing force. This releases a connection between a paste supply tube and an injection suction chamber, followed by a connection between the solvent supply tube and the injector pre-chamber. The paste is suctioned by an injector operating according to the hydraulic pump principle and mixed with released solvent. The mixture is injected into a measuring section wherein a conductimetry device measures the amount of paste dissolved in the mixture. The shut-off device is closed when the required dose of paste is obtained, whereupon the circuit which was previously in an open position is shifted in reverse order to a closed position.

摘要: A self-adjusting electric tappet switch includes a housing, an electrical switch contact carried on the housing, a slider member movable relative to the housing and adapted to actuate the electrical switch, and an elongate tappet member extending from the housing and selectively engageable with the slider member. The slider member has a first engagement portion adapted to selectively connect with a second engagement portion provided on the elongate tappet member. The switch is self-adjusted by relative rotational movement between the slider member and the elongate tappet member to lock the pair together. In an installation and adjustment position of the tappet and slider system, the slider member is held in a predetermined fixed switching position in the housing relative to the electrical switch while relative longitudinal slidable movement between the tappet member and the slider member is enabled for adjusting the tappet relative to the slider member and switch housing without affecting the position of the slider member within the housing. After the desired length of the tappet member is selected, the slider and tappet members are locked together at the first and second engagement areas. Afterwards, displacement of the tappet member within the housing causes a corresponding movement of the slider member carried on the tappet member relative to the electrical switch.
