    Abstract: A first user equipment includes: an interface configured to send and receive signals wirelessly; and a processor configured to: establish a sidelink connection with a second user equipment; exchange, using the sidelink connection, sidelink information with the second user equipment to at least one of: transmit, via the interface to the second user equipment, first SL PRS-related data (sidelink positioning reference signal related data) including at least one of first SL PRS assistance data or first SL PRS configuration data; or receive, via the interface from the second user equipment, second SL PRS-related data including at least one of second SL PRS assistance data or second SL PRS configuration data; and exchange, via the interface with the second user equipment using the sidelink connection, one or more sidelink positioning reference signals in accordance with at least one of the first SL PRS-related data or the second SL PRS-related data.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support mechanisms for determining a joint priority of sidelink and access link (Uu) positioning reference signal (PRS) transmissions in a wireless communication system. A joint priority of a PRS transmission may refer to a priority of the PRS transmission over the entire set of PRS transmissions including sidelink PRS transmissions and Uu PRS transmissions transmitted to a target UE in a sidelink positioning session. In aspects, a joint priority of a sidelink PRS transmission from an anchor UE may be determined with respect to not only other sidelink transmissions, but also with respect to other Uu PRS transmissions from other anchor base stations. Similarly, a joint priority of a Uu PRS transmission from an anchor base station may be determined with respect to not only other Uu transmissions, but also with respect to other sidelink PRS transmissions from other anchor UEs.

    Abstract: A method of measurement gap (MG) configuration of a first user equipment (UE) for sidelink positioning reference signal (SL-PRS) measurements comprises determining, at a network node, information regarding a first positioning reference signal (PRS) measurement to be made by the first UE. The first PRS measurement may comprise an SL-PRS measurement. The method also comprises determining, at the network node, information regarding a second PRS measurement. The method also comprises determining an MG configuration, where the MG configuration schedules at least one MG for at least one period of time during which during which the first UE is to make the first PRS measurement, and the MG configuration is based at least in part on the information regarding the first PRS measurement and the information regarding the second PRS measurement. The method also comprises sending the MG configuration to the first UE.
