摘要: An optical scanning device is provided. The optical scanning device an excitation light source that is operable to illuminate the object to be scanned. An image detector is operable to detect excited emission rays through illumination of the object to be scanned by the excitation light source and imaging optics that dictate a focal distance. The image detector detects a scan image of the emission radiation of the object to be scanned with the highest level of image sharpness if the focal distance is maintained. A control device includes a distance sensor through which a distance between an optical scanning device and the object to be scanned can be measured, wherein maintenance of the focal distance as the function of the measured distance can be checked by the control device.

摘要: A system and method of evaluating the effectiveness of antiangionetic therapy is described. A patient or test animal is treated with an antiangionetic substance. Magnetic resonance imaging data is obtained prior to and subsequent to the treatment. The parameters of the imaging process are configured so that, by administering a intravascular contrast agent, the relative size of the microvascular and the total vascular volumes in a region of interest may be obtained, so as to form a vascular size index. The value of the vascular size index and other pharmacokinetic data obtained by the administration of a diffusible contrast agent are used to assess the efficacy of the treatment or the antiangionetic substance being studied.

摘要: A method for exchanging image data with a number of image elements, which are respectively parameterized by a display value set, between a data source computer and a data query computer that each have a display device for the presentation of the image data, an input device for the input of control commands, and a data interface for the transmission and the reception of data via a remote data transfer network, including the steps: of copying image data on the data source computer and transmission to the data query computer, receiving the image data from the data source computer by the data query computer, and presentation of the image data on the display device of the data query computer, and these steps are repeated regularly or given alteration of image data. In order to selectively transfer among all data the public data but to have confidential data remain excluded from the transfer or at least the presentation on the receiving computer, the presentation of the image data is discriminated dependent on at least one of the display values in the display value set.
