Abstract: A bicycle brake device comprises a friction member, a base member, a link structure, and a piston. The base member includes a hydraulic cylinder. The link structure is configured to couple the friction member to the base member so as to move the friction member relative to the base member between a rest position and a braking position. Abstract: A clutch mechanism includes a clutch portion and a pinion gear. The pinion gear has an engaging part and a gear part. The engaging part is located on a first end as a spool-side end of the pinion gear and is capable of being engaged with the clutch portion. The gear part is meshed with the drive gear. The gear part has helical teeth enabling the pinion gear to be urged toward the spool by the drive gear. The engaging part has a bottom and a first wall. The first wall extends from the bottom toward the first end and tilts in the same direction as the helical teeth with respect to the spool shaft such that the pinion gear is urged oppositely to the spool by the clutch portion when the engaging part is engaged with the clutch portion and receives transmission of rotation in a fishing-line releasing direction from the spool.

Abstract: A bicycle bottom bracket assembly having a rotational central axis includes a support member, a bearing unit and a radially inward force reducing structure. The support member includes a hanger mounting portion and a bearing mounting portion. The bearing mounting portion is configured to be at least partly positioned within a hanger part of a bicycle frame. The bearing unit includes an outer race, an inner race and at least one roller element disposed between the outer and inner races in a radial direction with respect to the rotational central axis. The outer race is fixed to the bearing mounting portion of the support member. The radially inward force reducing structure reduces a radially inward force being transmitted to the bearing unit.
