摘要: A friction surface includes at least one groove for dissipating a tempering medium, in that the groove has a stepped profile to constitute a fluidic resistance for the tempering medium. The tempering medium may be a cooling medium such as cooling oil. The stepped profile is, for example, achieved by stair-like delimitation lines of the groove. The stepped profile slows down a fluid flow of the tempering medium, in particular a cooling fluid, in particular through a plate pack of a multiplate clutch. In other words, the tempering medium or cooling fluid or cooling oil is braked. The slowed tempering medium can absorb heat over a longer period, in order to dissipate this heat from the friction surface or from the friction surface and a counter-surface in a plate pack. In this way, the cooling capacity can be improved.

摘要: A bicycle disc brake rotor that further increases heat dissipation has a rotation axis. The bicycle disc brake rotor includes at east one outer circumferential portion, which includes at least one brake surface, and first and second inner circumferential parts, which are coupled to the outer circumferential portion. Each of the first and second inner circumferential parts is at least partially located radially inward from the outer circumferential portion with respect to the rotation axis. The first and second inner circumferential parts are arranged to form a gap in between in an axial direction that extends parallel to the rotation axis. At least one of the first and second inner circumferential parts includes at least one cooling enhancement section. The cooling enhancement section includes at least one opening that is in communication with the gap.

摘要: A heat-dissipating device for hydraulic brake system is provided. The device includes a heat-dissipating element and a plurality of heat-dissipating tube units. The heat-dissipating element has a heat-dissipating portion which has large surface area, and is located between a brake mechanism and an oil tube. The heat-dissipating tube units are sleeved around the oil tube in order. Thereby, the heat generated by the brake mechanism can be dissipated rapidly by the heat-dissipating element and the heat-dissipating tube units, so as to promote performance of the brake mechanism.

摘要: A heat dissipation structure for brake pad comprises a brake pad and a heat dissipation pad. The brake pad has an assembly portion arranged one side thereof The heat dissipation pad has an accommodating portion arranged at one side thereof The accommodating portion is slidably assembled to the assembly portion and contacted with each other tightly. When the brake pad is rubbed excessively and needs to be replaced, the heat dissipation pad which is arranged at the rake pad may be slidably disassembled from the assembly portion through the accommodating portion. The disassembled heat dissipation pad may be assembled to a new brake pad to keep reusing to conform to more economic benefits and has better practicability.
