Abstract:
Provided are a semiconductor memory device and a magneto-logic circuit which change the direction of a magnetically induced current according to a logical combination of logic states of a plurality of input values. The semiconductor memory device comprises a current driving circuit, a magnetic induction layer, and a resistance-variable element. The current driving circuit receives a plurality of input values and changes the direction of a magnetically induced current according to a logical combination of logic states of the input values. The magnetic induction layer induces magnetism having a direction varying according to the direction of the magnetically induced current. The resistance-variable element has a resistance varying according to the direction of the magnetism induced by the magnetic induction layer.
Abstract:
A fusing roller for an image forming apparatus is provided. The fusing roller includes a tubular fusing unit having a treated surface, an inner pipe inserted into the fusing unit, a heating unit surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe and generating heat, and an insulating unit. The insulating unit includes a first insulating unit, which includes one or more insulating layers and is disposed between the heating unit and the inner pipe, and a second insulating unit, which includes one or more insulating layers and is disposed between the heating unit and the fusing unit.
Abstract:
A method of fabricating a light weight and small size LCD, and an LCD fabricated by the same. The method of fabricating an LCD includes providing assembled mother substrates, wherein at least one of the mother substrates includes a polarizer, a buffer layer, and a transparent film sequentially stacked on an out-side thereof, and fabricating the assembled mother substrates as individual units by cutting the assembled mother substrates into unit cells.
Abstract:
A signal processing apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. The signal processing apparatus includes a signal receiver which receives a video signal; a video processor which processes the video signal received by the signal receiver; a display which displays the video signal processed by the video processor; a main controller which determines whether the signal processing apparatus is powered on and initializes the signal receiver and the video processor; and a sub controller which initializes the display while the main controller initializes at least one of the signal receiver and the video processor.
