    摘要: A main circuit switching unit and an isolator are accommodated in a vacuum container. A first conductor and a main circuit conductor are arranged to extend in and out of the vacuum container. A movable electrode of the main circuit switching unit is connected to the first conductor through a first flexible conductor, and a movable electrode of the isolator is connected to the main circuit conductor through a second flexible conductor. A shield is arranged around the first conductor and the main circuit conductor. Another shield is arranged around a connecting portion between the first flexible conductor and the movable electrode of the main circuit switching unit. A still another shield is arranged around the isolator. A further another shield is arranged around the second flexible conductor. These shields are secured to the vacuum container through insulating spacers. This arrangement instantly eliminates a dielectric breakdown phenomenon that occurs at electric field concentrated regions by the shields to prevent a dielectric breakdown caused by particulate foreign matters and thereby improve an insulation reliability of the devices.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal display device is provided that can increase manufacturing yield by reducing the number of layers and manufacturing costs and by preventing backlight lamp failure.In the manufacturing method of the device, a semiconductor layer 4 and a pixel electrode 5 are formed on a gate insulating film 3. Subsequently, a drain electrode electrically interconnecting the semiconductor layer 4 and the pixel electrode 5 of the pixel region A is formed by overlaying a flat solid conductive film on the substrate, followed by removing the conductive film with the use of a photoresist pattern as a mask, while exposing the semiconductor layer 4 at the pixel region A and the adjacent area C. The semiconductor layer 4 at the pixel region A is etched by using, as an index, an etching amount of the semiconductor layer 4 at the adjacent area.

The auxiliary passage apparatus is detachably attached to a liquid discharge head and includes a main body portion including, a first surface, a second surface, a supply passage formed in the first surface and through which liquid passes to a discharge head, and an ejection passage formed in the second surface and through which liquid which is ejected from the discharge head passes. A part of the supply passage includes a first annular projection formed so as to protrude in a direction orthogonal to the first surface and a first flexible film adhered to a distal end of the first annular projection. A part of the ejection passage crosses an area on the second surface which is opposed to an area surrounded by the first annular projection.

    摘要: An aluminum alloy consisting of: 1.0-1.5 wt % Si, 0.4-0.9 wt % Cu, 0.2-0.6 wt % Mn, 0.8-1.5 wt % Mg, 0.3-0.9 wt % Cr, 0.03-0.05 wt % Ti, 0.0001-0.01 wt % B, and the balance consisting of Al and unavoidable impurities; the sum of the Mn and Cr contents being not more than 1.2 wt % and the content of Fe as one of the unavoidable impurities being not more than 0.2 wt %. The alloy may further comprise 0.1-0.2 wt % Zr to facilitate the refinement of crystal grains. The alloy has a tensile strength of 40 kgf/mm.sup.2 or more and an elongation of 15% or more when plastically formed, solution-treated and aged to provide the highest strength.
