Abstract: A display system includes a display device and a server. The display includes an imager, an image recognition unit that recognizes an identifier provided to a portable product and included in the image captured by the imager, a display control unit that generates an augmented reality image in which an image of a virtual object is superimposed on scenery of real world including the portable product in response to recognition of the identifier, a display unit that displays the augmented reality image, and a position information acquisition unit that acquires current position information. The server includes a first storage unit in which a plurality of types of image data of the virtual object is stored, and a first extraction unit that extracts, from the first storage unit, the image data of the virtual object that is provided to the display device, based on the position information of the display device.
