Further the stator (42) is hooked in a protrusion (53) of an electronic unit (50) inside the frame body (10) away with a prespecified space from the spindle (2), so that a rotation thereof in the peripheral direction of the spindle due to play and rattle is small and a measurement error can be suppressed.

In the drawings, parameters provided with ★ are operation parameters attributed to molds, and those not provided with ★ are the other parameters. The other operation parameters that need to be set and the operation parameters attributed to molds, which hardly need to be altered, are displayed distinctively, resulting in a reduction in setting errors.

    摘要: A compact and simple linear actuator includes a spindle to a main body so as to be capable of moving in an axial direction, displacement detection device, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The displacement detection device detects a movement displacement amount of the spindle. The motor is disposed adjacent a proximal end one of the spindle and on the same axis as the spindle. The transmission mechanism transmits turning force of the motor to the spindle. The transmission mechanism includes a first rotary member fitted to the proximal end of the spindle and integrally rotating with the spindle, a second rotary member fitted to a rotor of the motor, and connection rods for transmitting rotation of the second rotary member to the first rotary member. The connection rods have axes that are parallel to an axis of the spindle while being displaced from the spindle axis. The connection rods are rigidly connected to one of the first and second rotary members, and slidably received by the other of the first and second rotary members.

    摘要: A memory card includes an S-RAM in addition to an EEPROM. When old data constituting part of data that has been recorded in the EEPROM is to be rewritten, the old data to be rewritten is read out of the EEPROM and applied to the S-RAM, where the old data is temporarily stored. The old data in the S-RAM is rewritten to new data, and the new data is applied to and written in the EEPROM. A comparator circuit determines whether all bits of the new data rewritten in the S-RAM and all bits of the new data written in the EEPROM coincide. If all bits coincide, this is verification that the changed data has been stored in the EEPROM correctly. Thus, the reliability with which data is rewritten in the EEPROM is improved.
