    摘要: A detection test structure making a high-sensitivity detection of damage to gate insulating films from charges entering into contact or through holes during plasma processes is achieved to make a low-cost, high-precision, short-time evaluation of the damages. A plasma damage detector (PD1) comprising an MOS transistor (M1), a first layer wire (IL1), a contact hole group (H10), and a second layer wire (IL2) is integrally formed with a product wafer in the fabrication of the product wafer. After the completion of the product wafer, a lifetime of the MOS transistor (M1) is estimated by measuring a parameter (e.g., gate or substrate current during the application of hot carrier stress) of the MOS transistor (M1) in the detector (PD1) for a short time and examining previously obtained correlation records between a lifetime and the parameter, to evaluate plasma damage.

    摘要: A character pattern generator includes a ROM for storing font data and attribute information of each point of each stroke forming the font data, and a CPU for recognizing a portion to be transformed of a contour shape of the stored font data based on the attribute information of each point. The CPU further adds to the recognized portion to be transformed, a control point for performing transformation into a character pattern having a specified typeface code. The CPU then calculates the coordinates of the control point based on a factor at each point of each stroke of the font data. The CPU then transforms the contour shape by using the added control point and the font data. Finally, the CPU generates the character pattern having the specified typeface code based on the contour shape of the transformed font data.

    摘要: A video camera having a recorder-reproducer, comprising an OSD IC and an LCD panel device that includes a synchronization signal separation circuit, an LCD panel, a signal line, and an LCD controller made of a horizontal synchronization separation circuit and a PLL circuit. The horizontal synchronization separation circuit separates a horizontal synchronizing signal from a composite synchronizing signal received from the synchronizing signal separation circuit. The PLL circuit generates a reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal in synchronism with the horizontal synchronizing signal separated by the horizontal synchronization separation circuit. The reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal output by the PLL circuit is fed to the LCD panel via the signal line. Although the PLL circuit is intended to supply the reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal primarily to the LCD panel, this signal is also fed to the OSD IC via a terminal and a switch.

A stopper is configured to collide with a brake when an amount of a relative linear movement between the ball screw rotary member and the ball screw linear-movement member becomes no less than a prescribed amount. The brake is configured to decelerate rotation of the rotor by the collision of the stopper with respect to the brake.

Main passages of spline-purpose ball circulation passages are formed with the first and second shoulder portions. Clearance are formed respectively between the first and second shoulder portions and the spline-purpose balls in a rotational direction of the screw shaft and the spline-purpose outer tube. The spline-purpose balls disposed in the main passages bear a clockwise torque and a counterclockwise torque transmitted between the screw shaft and the spline-purpose outer tube.
