摘要: A suspension device includes a damper. The damper includes: an outer cylinder; a ball screw housed in the outer cylinder; a fastening member that supports the ball screw inserted therethrough and is attached to an end part of the outer cylinder; and a fixing member that is attached to an end part of the ball screw and fixes the ball screw to the fastening member. An insertion portion, where the ball screw is inserted into the fastening member, is provided with a fitting portion where the ball screw fits the fastening member, and the fitting portion has a spline fitting structure.

摘要: A vehicle suspension system (3) includes an electromagnetic damper (7) provided with a sprung member (8) and an unsprung member (9) to apply a drive force and a damping force between the sprung member and the unsprung member, and a control unit (10) for controlling the electromagnetic damper. A target load for the electromagnetic damper is determined based on the unsprung member demand load that attenuates a vertical vibration of the unsprung member, and the sprung member demand load that restrains a vertical displacement of the sprung member. An absolute value of the sprung member demand load is reduced when a sprung member frequency is in an unsprung member resonance frequency range.

摘要: The present invention relates to a suspension strut for a motor vehicle with a vibration damper, with a supporting spring and with a height-adjustment device, with which the height of the vehicle body of the motor vehicle can be changed, and wherein the suspension strut has an auxiliary spring having a lower spring characteristic than the supporting spring, by means of which auxiliary spring a residual prestress can be produced in the supporting spring when the vibration damper is extended, and wherein the auxiliary spring is integrated in the height-adjustment device.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a shock absorber apparatus that includes a bump stopper coupled to a piston rod of a shock absorber. A piston housing comes into contact with the bump stopper when the shock absorber is moved vertically. A support supports a spring surrounding the piston housing. An air cap extends from an upper end of the piston housing to the support so as to cover the piston housing and has an upper surface through which a piston rod passes, a side surface downwardly extending from an end of the upper surface, and an air channel through which compressed air of the bump stopper is guided and discharged to the support.

摘要: A cylinder shock assembly comprising a damper with a first end, and a second end that extends into an air cylinder float. The damper has a rod positioned in the air cylinder float with one end positioned within a cavity of the damper and another end affixed to an end cap attached to the air cylinder float. A primary coil spring is positioned within the air cylinder float, wherein when a load applied to the cylinder shock assembly is increased, an end of the damper move towards the end cap compressing air within the air cylinder float, wherein as the load is increased the primary coil spring is compressed and the volume of air within the air cylinder decreases resulting in an increased air pressure, and wherein the air cylinder float is a solid member that does not expand as the air pressure within increases during compression.
