摘要: A liquid crystal display substrates includes a structure in which a light-shielding conductive film is formed on the same layer as gate bus lines in a space between a drain bus line and a transparent pixel electrode. A plurality of protrusions are formed on the drain bus line so as to protrude toward the light-shielding conductive film. Moreover, the light-shielding conductive film is formed to overlap the drain bus line only at the protrusions. When disconnection occurs on the drain bus line, the protrusions are welded and connected to the light-shielding conductive film by irradiating a laser beam onto the protrusions located on both sides of a disconnected portion so as to form an alternative path.

摘要: A color picture tube device that can adjust convergence without causing increases in cost and in power consumption is provided. One pair of magnetic flux generation means for generating a static quadrupole magnetic field are positioned above and below an area where a plurality of electron beams pass through. The static quadrupole magnetic field has an effect of adjusting convergence in a horizontal direction. In this construction, a magnetic flux generated by one of the two magnetic flux generation means that is closer to the plurality of electron beams is reduced, in sync with deflection of the plurality of electron beams in a vertical direction.

摘要: A color picture tube device that can suppress the deformation of the electron beam spot shape and improve the horizontal resolution using a simple construction is provided. A horizontal deflection coil generates a horizontal deflection magnetic field that is substantially uniform. A plurality of electron beams are substantially parallel with the tube axis when passing one end of a core of a deflection yoke facing an electron gun. A lens forming unit forms a lens through which the plurality of electron beams pass, between the electron gun end of the core and a phosphor screen. The lens has an effect of causing the plurality of electron beams to approach each other in a horizontal direction, irrespective of which part of the phosphor screen the plurality of electron beams reach.

摘要: A resin-molding mold unit and a resin-molding apparatus having the resin-molding mold unit are capable of removing any air trap from a molten resin therein. This makes it possible to produce a molded product which is free from any void and therefore improved in appearance. In order to enhance demolding of the molded product from the resin-molding mold unit, this resin-molding mold unit has a pin hole in which an ejection pin is received to have its front end portion extend into a molding space from an inner wall surface thereof by a length which is adjustable, if necessary. The front end portion assumes a semispheric shape. In injecting the molten resin, the ejection pin is adjusted in position so as to have its outer peripheral edge portion aligned in level with the inner wall surface. Since the molten resin thus injected flows along the semispheric front end portion, any air trap is not formed in the vicinity of the ejection pin, particularly, in a downstream side thereof.

摘要: For forming a tubular work into a shaped hollow product by using hydroforming process, a method and a device are described. In the method, female and male dies are prepared. The female die has a longitudinally extending cavity which has a polygonal cross section when receiving the male die. The tubular work is placed into the cavity of the female die. The interior of the tubular work is then fed with a hydraulic fluid, and the pressure of the fluid is increased to a given level. The given level is smaller than a critical level that causes a bulging of the tubular work. The male die is then pressed against the tubular work to deform the same while keeping the hydraulic fluid at the given level, thereby forming a shaped hollow product that has a polygonal cross section that conforms to that of the cavity. The pressing work is continued until a circumferential length of the shaped hollow product becomes shorter than that of the tubular work.
