    Abstract: An inner member having a supply port is installed at the inside of a housing, wherein the housing and the inner member are connected together by connecting bolts. Air is supplied to the supply port of the inner member and is directed and introduced through communication passages into an annular passage. Thereafter, the air is directed outwardly from a plurality of lead-out holes, which communicate with the annular passage, in a swirling direction with respect to an annular recess facing the workpiece. In addition, by having the air flow along the annular recess, which is formed with a substantially trapezoidal shape in cross section, the workpiece is maintained in a non-contact state with respect to a holding surface of the inner member.

    Abstract: In an integrated services digital network (ISDN), a caller number indicative of the telephone number of a caller can be usually attached in a call data. In a private branch exchange according to the present invention, the caller number of a caller and the extension number or numbers of an extension telephone set or sets to which the call is desired to be directly sent from the caller are previously registered in a suitable memory table in a predetermined correlation, so that when the private branch exchange receives a call from the ISDN, it retrieves the table to check whether or not the received call is previously registered in the table in the form of a caller number. When the call is registered one, the call is preferentially allocated to one or ones of the extension telephone sets having one or ones of the extension numbers associated with the caller number of the received call.     Abstract: A small-sized, low cost to manufacture and use wastewater treating biological film tank by which wastewater produced in a single home can be treated in each home. A treating tank has arranged therein multi continuous-pore soft ceramic biological film elements. Waste or raw water is supplied into the tank through a waste/raw water supply pipe arranged in the top of the tank, pushed up through a cylindrical guide by the action of air bubbles forced into the tank through an air bubble generator arranged in the bottom of the tank, and then forced to flow over the cylindrical guide into and through the multi continuous-pore soft ceramic biological film elements wherein the water is purified by microorganisms which digest the nutrients in the waste or raw water. The surface area of each multi continuous-pore ceramic biological film element is about 25 times larger than the surface area of a conventional plastic biological film element.
