    摘要: In the production method of polyamide of the present invention, the mole balance at a set point during melt polymerization is estimated from a pre-established equation for calculating the mole balance during melt polymerization from a melt viscosity. On the basis of the estimated mole balance, the subsequent conditions of melt polymerization of a batch and the polymerization conditions of the next and subsequent batches are determined. In addition, the mole balance, molecular weight and relative viscosity of melt-polymerized polyamide are estimated from pre-established equations each for respectively calculating the mole balance, molecular weight and relative viscosity at the end point of melt polymerization from the melt viscosity. The conditions for solid phase-polymerizing the melt-polymerized polyamide are determined on the basis of estimated values.

    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for the purpose of drying or solid phase polymerization of Polymer particles by batchwise heating the same in an atmosphere of inert gas or under reduced pressure. More particularly, it pertains to batchwise heating apparatus which is capable of efficient production by preventing an objective product from being contaminated with foreign matters accompanying wear of a sealing packing. It relates to a batchwise heating apparatus which heats Polymer particles in a rotating hermetically sealed vessel in an atmosphere of inert gas or under reduced pressure, and which comprises a vessel equipped with a temperature detection portion capable of measuring temperature even during rotating and a suction/exhaust port inside vessel capable of reducing pressure and/or replacing with inert gas even during rotating; and a suction/exhaust pipe that is inserted into vessel so as to communicate with the suction/exhaust port, wherein the rotational sealing portion of the suction/exhaust pipe is installed on the outside of the vessel.

    摘要: In the semiconductor device, externally connecting electrodes are placed on a semiconductor substrate. A rewiring pattern for connecting each on-chip electrode to corresponding external connecting electrode is routed, in the vicinity of the externally connecting electrode, in a direction where the effect of strain after mounting of the semiconductor substrate is small. Specifically, the rewiring pattern is routed such that the routing direction will not match the direction coupling the center of the semiconductor substrate to the externally connecting electrode along which large thermal stress is expected. Accordingly, strain that will occur at the rewiring pattern after mounting the semiconductor substrate to the mounting board is reduced. Adverse effects of the strain stress can be prevented without widening the externally connecting interconnection.

    摘要: A hollow polysulfonic fiber intended for a selectively transmissive membrane contains a hydrophilic polymer which is cross-linked into a water-insoluble form (for example polyvinylpyrrolidone) and is used in the form of a hydrogel containing water. A method for the production of a membrane module consists in spinning a hollow fiber by the use of a spinning solution containing a polysulfonic resin and a hydrophilic polymer, wetting the fiber above the saturated moisture content, and then, with the wet condition maintained, subjecting the fiber to the processes of module molding and radiation induced cross-linking, these processes being performed in either order. The method provides a selectively transmissive hollow polysulfone fiber membrane which displays less elution into water and a sharp molecular weight fractionation, so as to be usable safely in the fields of medicine and foodstuffs.

    摘要: There are disclosed a method for drying and a method for solid-phase polymerizing a crystallizable polyamide being in an amorphous state which comprises regulating the moisture concentration in the polyamide at its glass transition temperature to at least 0.15% by weight as determined by Karl Fisher titration; heating the polyamide thus regulated at a pressure of at least one arm without reducing the moisture to crystallize the same up to a crystallinity of at least 15% and; further heating the polyamide thus crystallized at a temperature lower than its melting point under reduced pressure with a batchwise heating apparatus. It is made possible according to the method for drying or the method for solid-phase polymerizing the crystallizable polyamide to effect its crystallization without causing tackified sticking or solidified sticking of the polyamide, along with drying or solid-phase polymerization with single apparatus and process, while dispensing with any pretreatment such as surface modification and preliminary treatment equipment intended for crystallization.

    摘要: This invention has one object to provide a method of collecting calibration data in radiation tomography apparatus that allows reliable collection of calibration data with a wide detector ring. In order to achieve this purpose, in the method of collecting calibration data in radiation tomography apparatus according to this invention, the number of coincidence events is obtained while the phantom that emits annihilation gamma-ray pairs moves as to pass through an inner hole of the detector ring. Such configuration dose not need the phantom having a width equal or larger than the detector ring, and may realize reliable collection of calibration data. Moreover, it may be considered that annihilation gamma-ray pairs have been emitted in uniform property without depending on positions of the detector ring. As a result, calibration data that is more suitable for removal of a image artifact may be obtained.

    摘要: In a repeated batch production of polyamide, a dicarboxylic acid component and a diamine component fed to a batch reactor are melt-polymerized in the absence of solvent. After adding the diamine component to the molten dicarboxylic acid component, the melt polymerization is further continued at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of polyamide being produced for at least 10 min while maintaining the pressure of the vapor phase in the batch reactor at higher than 0.1 MPaG by introducing water vapor. The polyamide thus produced is hardly affected by gels even when the melt polymerization is conducted in the presence of polyamide remaining after the previous batch production. Molded articles thereof contain little fisheyes.
