    摘要: A heat sink unit comprising a substrate, a fan, driving means, a fin composed as a separate body from the substrate, and a cover. The cover has a first opening in a section facing the fan, and also forms a second opening with the substrate at one side of the cover. The fin is composed of a separate material from the substrate, and fixed to an opening provided in the substrate. A height from a bottom surface of a heat sink substrate to an upper surface of a cover at a section the fin is disposed is larger than that at a section where the fan is disposed. A thickness of a base of the fin is larger than a thickness of the heat sink substrate. Furthermore, an electronic apparatus of this invention has a heat sink unit of this invention disposed within the apparatus.

    摘要: Several embodiments of marine outboard drives including depth finders attached as a unit to the outboard drive. In each embodiment, the depth finder includes a transmitter/receiver that is carried by the lower unit in proximity to and beneath a cavitation plate for protection from underwater objects and for facilitating removal. The outboard drive is pivotally supported by a hollow steering shaft and a conductor extends through the hollow steering shaft for transmitting signals from the transmitter/receiver to a display that is mounted on the outer cowling. In some embodiments, the display is mounted on the front of the outer cowling and on others is pivotally supported on the top of the outer cowling. In all embodiments, the display is resiliently supported.

    摘要: A cover includes a cover body, a grommet, and a projection. The cover body includes a socket disposed on one of the front and rear opposite surfaces. The grommet is deformable, is held in the socket, and includes a fitting hole. The projection projects from an installation member to which the cover is installed, and is fitted into the fitting hole of the grommet, whereby holding the cover body detachably to the installation member. The grommet further includes convexities disposed on the outer peripheral surface at least, protruding in radial directions, and contacting with the inner peripheral surface of the socket at least. By the elastically deforming convexities, not only the cover is improved in terms of the attachment and detachment operability but also is enhanced in terms of the stability when being installed to the installation member.

    摘要: A remote controller for a television/video recorder having a function of measuring a body fat includes a display section for displaying a measurement of the body fat and a message questioning whether or not a user to be examined carries a specific medical device such as a pacemaker, a reply entry section for entering a reply to the message, and a control section for controlling the action of a body fat meter. The control section directs the display section to display the message prior to the measurement of the body fat. Then, when receiving from the reply entry section a reply indicating that the user carries a pacemaker, the control section inhibits the measurement of the body fat and directs the display section to display a message of the inhibition. When receiving from the reply entry section a reply indicating that the user carries no pacemaker, the control section enables the measurement of the body fat of the user through registering the physical data including the weight and the height of the user. This safety feature can thus protect and hold the user who carries a specific medical device such as a pacemaker in the safety.
