    摘要: A thermoelectric generator has a high temperature heat source part provided on a first passage through which a first fluid for cooling an engine flows, a low temperature heat source part provided on a second passage through which a second fluid having a temperature lower than that of the first fluid flows, and a thermoelectric element for producing electric power by a temperature difference produced between the high temperature heat source part and the low temperature heat source part. The first passage is included in a first circuit in which the engine and a first radiator for cooling the first fluid are connected in loop through a main passage. Further, the first passage is in parallel to the first radiator in the first circuit. The second passage is included in a second circuit that is separate from the first circuit and includes a second radiator for cooling the second fluid.

    摘要: A heat exchanger according to the present invention has a plurality of tubes, header tanks and a support. Fluid flows through the plurality of tubes. The header tanks have a core plate and a tank body, and are disposed at longitudinal end portions of the plurality of tubes in such a manner to be communicated with internal spaces of the plurality of tubes. The core plate has approximately arc-shaped cross-section of which both side fringes are fixed onto the tank body and of which a middle portion fixes the longitudinal end portions of the plurality of tubes therein and bulges with respect to the both side fringes toward the plurality of tubes. The tank body and the core plate form an internal space of each of the header tanks. The support retains an interval between the both side fringes.

    摘要: A thermoelectric generator has a plurality of hot-side heat source portions, a plurality of cold-side heat source portions, a thermoelectric element, a hot-side communicator and a cold-side communicator. Hot fluid flows in the plurality of hot-side heat source portions, and cold fluid colder than the hot fluid flows in the plurality of cold-side heat source portions. The heat source portions are alternately stacked in such a manner of interposing the thermoelectric element between the hot-side heat source portion and the cold-side heat source portion. The hot-side communicator communicates the hot-side heat source portions, and the cold-side communicator communicates the plurality of cold-side heat source portions. Each of the hot-side communicator and the cold-side communicator has a distance adjuster for adjusting distances between the hot-side heat source portions and the cold-side heat source portions so as to bring them in contact with the thermoelectric elements in the stacking direction thereof.

    摘要: An exhaust heat recovery apparatus includes an evaporation unit, a condensation unit, an evaporation-side communication part and a condensation-side communication part. The evaporation unit is disposed in a duct member through which an exhaust gas generated from an engine flows, and evaporates an operation fluid by heat of the exhaust gas. The condensation unit is disposed in a coolant passage through which a coolant flows, and condenses the operation fluid by radiating the heat to the coolant. The evaporation-side communication part connects the evaporation unit and the condensation unit for introducing evaporated operation fluid to the condensation unit. The condensation-side communication part connects the condensation unit and the evaporation unit for introducing condensed operation fluid to the evaporation unit. The condensation-side communication part is in contact with an outer surface of the duct member at least at a part.

The temperature decreasing portion is configured to decrease a temperature of a thermal boundary layer of the outer surface of the tube relative to cooling water by increasing a heat transmitting ratio between the outer surface of the tube and cooling water.
