摘要: A fluidized coating apparatus wherein a rotatable perforated disk 2 is provided at the lower portion of a processing cylinder 1 and perforated disk opening portions 3 are provided in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of this perforated disk 2. The ratio of the total opening area of the perforated disk opening portions 3 to an area of an annular slit 8 formed between the perforated disk 2 and the inner wall of the processing cylinder 1 is within the range from 0.2 to 0.6. Each of the perforated disk opening portions 3 is provided with a cover and side walls so that gas is blown out outwardly in the radial direction or obliquely backward with respect to a rotating direction within 30.degree. to the radial direction of the perforated disk.

摘要: In a press forming machine, a material inserted between at least one pair of oppositely positioned dies can be pressed by the at least one pair of dies, so that a work can be formed from the material. When the at least one pair of dies is replaced, the at least one pair of dies can be replaced while the material or the work is held between the at least one pair of dies.

摘要: Disclosed is a semiconductor device which includes: a semiconductor element 200 including a first metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor 200a and a second metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor 200b which is connected in parallel with the first metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor; and a control section which controls the operation of the semiconductor element. The control section controls the semiconductor element so that in a forward direction mode, current flows in a forward direction through the first and second metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistors but that in a reverse direction mode, current flows in the reverse direction through the first metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor but does not flow through the second metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor.

摘要: A container body (20) includes an upper opening portion (21) having a container internal sidewall portion (22) and a container side skirt portion (24). A lid (10) includes a lid internal sidewall portion (12) and a lid side skirt portion (14). Two or more ledge portions (15) protruding inward are formed on the lid side skirt portion (14). The container side skirt portion (24) includes a first guide portion (30) for guiding downward the ledge portions (15) when the lid (10) is attached. When the lid is closed, the lid (10) is drawn into the side of the container body (20). Thus, a seal portion formed between the container internal sidewall portion (22) and the lid internal sidewall portion (12) is press-contacted, in the state of which the seal portion secures high sealability. Further, the length of the lid side skirt portion (14) is increased so as to cover the lower end of the container side skirt portion (24) with a lower portion of the lid side skirt portion (14) when the lid is attached or detached, whereby the fingertips can be prevented from being scratched.
