摘要: For the purpose of solving problems inherent to a white Al2O3 spray coating, i.e. drawbacks that the injury resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and the like are poor and the light reflectance is high because the coating is porous and weak in the bonding force among particles, there are proposed a spray coating member having excellent injury resistance and the like in which a surface of a substrate is covered with a colored Al2O3 spray coating of a luminosity lower than grayish white, achromatic or chromatic color.

摘要: A battery protection operation having higher safety is performed in a battery pack. Presence/absence of plural abnormal states including at least an overcharge state and an overdischarge state based on detected results of voltage between a positive terminal and a negative terminal of a battery cell as well as an overcurrent charge state and an overcurrent discharge state indicating that charge current and discharge current are excessive respectively based on detected results of charge and discharge current of the battery cell are determined at any time and an abnormality determination flag showing a determination result of respective abnormal states as a flag is stored. In addition, control states A to D according to combinations of respective operation states of the a discharge current shut-off circuit selectively shutting off discharge current of the battery cell and a charge current shut-off circuit selectively shutting off charge current of the battery cell are defined, and to which control state the state should be changed will be determined based on a value of the abnormality determination flag.

摘要: In order to control the precipitation and formation of a deposition produced in an inner face portion of a heat transmitting tube for a boiler due to a boiler water and the formation of an oxide scale of a tube material due to overheated steam, there is provided a heat transmitting tube for a boiler provided with a porous sprayed coating. The porous sprayed coating is formed by using a metal.multidot.alloy having excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperature as compared with a material of the heat transmitting tube onto an outer heat receiving surface for contacting a combustion gas, and optionally an oxide ceramic, and optionally an oxide cermet. Solid inorganic sintered fin particles are penetrated and filled in opening pores of the porous sprayed coating and form a heat shielding layer on the surface of the porous sprayed coating. The solid inorganic sintered fine particles are solidified at high melting point to produce a heat shielding function to thereby prevent excessive heat flow to the heat transmitting tube.

摘要: The present invention relates to a novel thermal spray material in any one of the forms of a particle mixture material, a granule material, and an electric fused material of 2CaO.SiO.sub.2 and CaO.ZrO.sub.2. As 2CaO.SiO.sub.2, .gamma.-2CaO.SiO.sub.2 is used. The ratio of .gamma.-2CaO.SiO.sub.2 to CaO.ZrO.sub.2 is specified by weight %. This invention relates also to a thermal sprayed member formed by thermal spraying this thermal spray material on a thermal resistant substrate.

摘要: Apparatus for inserting square pins into a printed circuit board wherein during one stroke of a master cylinder, each square pin is cut by a movable cutter in combination with a fixed cutter from an elongated square pin-forming wire held in a chuck. The square pin is held by the movable cutter and then is moved over a guide member and then is further transferred into the guide member in accordance with the movement of a push rod moved by a main slider actuated by the master cylinder. The square pin is finally inserted into a printed circuit board by further movement of the push rod.
