摘要: The positional accuracy of a pair of movable elements that are made to approach each other and separate from each other is improved by one driving source. The relationships between setting pitches, pitch deviation amounts, axis deviation angles, and central point deviation amounts of the pair of movable elements are stored as a deviation table. On the basis of the deviation table and a target pitch determined by the spacing between lead wires of a lead component to be inserted into a board, a pitch deviation amount, an axis deviation amount, and a central point deviation amount for the target pitch are acquired by an interpolation method (S25). Control instruction values to an x-axis motor, a y-axis motor, a θ motor, and a P motor are created taking into consideration correction values corresponding to these deviation amounts, and control is performed accordingly (S26 to S28). As a result, it is possible to accurately control the positions of the pair of movable elements, and it is possible to perform control such that lead wire insertion holes reach positions facing through-holes provided in the board. Therefore, the lead wires of the lead component are favorably inserted into the lead wire insertion holes, and it is possible to favorably perform cutting and clinching.

摘要: Wire-stripping and crimping pliers twist a stranded cable end with bars projecting into a pliers mouth at free ends of pliers jaws and crimp a cable end region with a ferrule using a ram guided in a cassette in a pliers legs crossing region and running into a die due to a closing force upon pressing the legs together, to compress the ferrule in the die. First and second moldings on the jaws project into the mouth. A forced lock has a pawl and a toothed segment on the moldings preventing the pliers from opening without the ram previously running against the ferrule. The toothed segment on the first molding has a course corresponding to a movement curve of the jaws. The pawl on the second molding is movable by a spring but fixed in position. The first and/or second molding is formed in one piece with the bars.

The structure of the feedthrough provides electrical connection through the wall of a housing of an implantable component while preventing unwanted transfer of materials between the interior of the component and the surrounding environment.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for automatically crimping terminals or connectors to wires wherein the terminals or connectors are provided in strip form and may be of varying sizes, shapes, and pitches. A method according to the present invention includes providing a plurality of terminal connectors, the connectors being secured to a terminal strip in side-by-side relationship with their axes extending laterally from the strip; moving a crimping die on a ram through a working stroke towards, and a return stroke away from, a crimping anvil to crimp an individual terminal connector located therebetween onto a wire during each working stroke of the ram; and indexing the strip between successive crimping operations thereby to locate a next leading connector on the strip between the die and anvil, wherein the strip is indexed by a drive mechanism contacting the strip through pressure-engagement.

The trimming of the electrical parameter of the power supply switching regulator electrical circuit includes removing a portion of the printed circuit board to break the electrical connection on the printed circuit board. In another aspect of the invention, the trimming the electrical parameter of the power supply switching regulator electrical circuit includes electrical programming of the power supply switching regulator electrical circuit.
