The present invention relates to a laminate having a fiber layer comprising cellulose fibers with a fiber width of 1000 nm or less, an adhesive layer, and a resin layer in this order, wherein the resin layer comprises an amorphous resin, and the adhesive layer comprises a polymer, and the glass transition temperature of the polymer is lower than 170° C.
