摘要： A self-righting handheld utensil comprises a weighted element having a generally rounded bottom side, an elongated region extending outwardly from the weighted element, and a use portion. The weighted element, by virtue of its rounded bottom and mass, provide for a self-righting function for the disclosed utensil such that, when placed on a flat or substantially flat surface, it counterbalances the utensil to an upright vertical orientation without the need for user intervention or the application of any external force. The weighted element need not become uncoupled from the elongated region and use portion before the user makes operative use of the disclosed utensil.

摘要： A personal utensil and container for transporting the utensil in a relatively sanitary fashion includes a first container portion and a second container portion pivotably mounted to the first container portion. The first container portion is pivotable between a closed position defining a storage cavity and an open position exposing a first inner surface of the first container portion and a second inner surface of the second container portion. The utensil is mountable within the storage cavity. A hinge is secured to the first and second container portions and defines a pivot axis. The first and second container portions are pivotable about the pivot axis. A lock mechanism is mounted to the first container portion. The lock mechanism engages the second container portion in the closed position to releasably secure the first container portion to the second container portion.

摘要： The claimed utility model relates to cutlery, and more particularly to a foldable disposable cutlery article, intended for eating ready-prepared or quick-served products and can be used for eating ready-prepared food products which is especially handy when eating away from home, namely, outdoors or while travelling. The purpose of the claimed utility model is to achieve such technical effects as manufacturability of the preform die as well as the high shape holding capability when using it. The target goal is achieved as follows: the spoon is foldable being a flat blank in the initial state, comprising two adjacent sections with fold lines carved so as to form a shank and a cup-shaped part in a folded state, wherein between the adjacent sections with fold lines there is a perforated boundary which contacts the fold lines of adjacent sections, the fold lines have elongated holes in the form of slits for fasten purpose arranged in such a way that one section has one hole and the other has two such holes; what is more, the fold line on one of the sections forms a retainer.

The folding knife comprising a handle with at least two handle sides spaced apart and defining a blade cavity; a blade pivotally connected to the handle, wherein the blade comprises a drive pin connected to and extending out from a side of the blade; a toggle component pivotally connected to at least one of the at least two handle sides at a pivot pin, wherein the toggle component comprises a retaining notch; and a spring comprising an arcuate segment along a longitudinal axis of the spring. The spring is coupled to at least one of the at least two handle sides at one end and the toggle component at another end, wherein the drive pin is positioned within the retaining notch when at least part of the blade is folded into the blade cavity.

Invention consists of standard cutlery made from a breakable material such as plastic, wood or any other suitable polymer whose desired length could be chosen by easily snapping off pieces of the handle. The cutlery handle consists of multiple perforations which are easier to break towards the front of the spoon and harder (more resistance) to break towards the back which prevents inadvertent breaking during normal spoon use.

The food consumption utensil may include an accelerometer positioned within the handle portion and in communication with the controller, and a force measurement device configured to measure a force imparted at the first surface of the food loading portion.
