    摘要: A device for separating and gripping an outermost sheet of ferromagnetic material from a stack of ferromagnetic sheet material, comprising: a carrier structure with a mount for attaching the carrier as an end-of-arm-tool (EOAT) to a robotic arm arranged for moving and positioning the device into an operating position adjacent a side of a stack of ferromagnetic sheets and a remote position removed from the stack of ferromagnetic sheets; a magnetic fanning apparatus mounted at the carrier structure and having a switchable magnet and a pair of fanning pole shoes magnetisable by the magnet with opposite polarities, the fanning pole shoes located at the carrier such that when in the operating position of the device these face the side of stacked sheets and extend over the thickness of at least the outermost and an underlying sheet of the stack, whereby in an on state of the magnet magnetic fields of like polarity are induced by the fanning pole shoes in overlapping sections of edge regions of these sheets and repulsive forces are generated whereby the outermost sheet seeks to lift away from the underlying sheet by magnetic repulsion; and preferably but optionally a sheet gripping apparatus mounted at the carrier structure arranged for contacting a face of the outermost sheet and secure the sheet to the EOAT for retrieval thereof upon the device being displaced from its operative position away from the stack of sheets.

    摘要: The machine includes: a bending head movable with at least two degrees of freedom in a transverse vertical plane; a first drive is arranged to move the bending head in the plane and to move a tool of the bending head between an open position, in which it defines with a die of the bending head a free space adapted to receive a tube to be bent, and a closed position, in which it clamps the tube against the die. A tube-carrying structure is rotatable about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the plane; a second drive is arranged to cause the tube-carrying structure to rotate about its own axis of rotation; and an electronic control unit is arranged to control the first and second drives so as to move the bending head and the tube-carrying structure in a position such that the tube is received with a desired orientation in the free space between the die and the tool.

    摘要: An outlet cutter for cutting an outlet opening in an eavestrough has a frame including a trough opening therein arranged to receive the eavestrough therethrough. A female die including a die opening is supported on the frame directly below the trough opening so as to be arranged to be located directly below an eavestrough received through the trough opening. A male die is supported on the frame so as to be movable relative to a female die between a disengaged position spaced above the female die and a punching position fully received within the die opening in the female die using a screw. The frame is self-supported on the eavestrough for sliding. The male die has four corner portions, each formed by two side cutting edges which are sloped downwardly and outwardly towards a respective apex, with two opposed apexes protruding beyond a remainder of the die.

The calibration device includes two calibration mechanisms including separate processing paths to calibrate two kinds of pipes having different diameters. The feeding device includes two feeding channels for transporting the two kinds of pipes, and the first position switching assembly is used for aligning the two feeding channels with the feeding path in turn. The bending device includes two bending channels for bending the two kinds of pipes, and the second position switching assembly is used for aligning the two bending channels with the feeding path in turn.
