摘要: Provided are a liquid-phase hydroisomerization system and a process therefor and use thereof. The system comprises a gas-liquid mixer (3), a hydroisomerization reactor (4) and a fractionating column (6). An oil product and hydrogen are mixed as a liquid hydrogen-oil mixture, and are introduced into the hydroisomerization reactor for a hydroisomerization reaction, and after being fractionated, a target product is led out. A supplemental hydrogen-dissolving inner member is provided at least between a group of two adjacent catalyst bed layers in order to supplement hydrogen to the reactants. The process cancels a circulating hydrogen compressor, has a simple process flow, and can be applied to the production of a lubricant base oil by the hydroisomerization of a lubricant raw material or the production of a low freezing point diesel by the hydroisomerization of and the reduction in the freezing point of a diesel raw material.

摘要: [Problem] To provide an aqueous coating agent composition (in particular, an aqueous coating composition for lubricating films that contains a solid lubricant) which as a whole is excellent in terms of flowability, applicability, and storage stability and which is capable of forming satisfactory and smooth coating films effective in stick-slip inhibition. [Solution] The problem can be solved with an aqueous coating agent composition which comprises (A) a curable resin in an aqueous emulsion form, (B) a surfactant, (C) solid particles, (D) one or more nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds, (E) a film-forming silicone in an aqueous emulsion form, and (F) water. In particular, it is preferable that the (C) component comprise a solid lubricant. In view of the environmental regulations, it is especially preferable that the (D) component be 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone.

摘要: An aqueous acidic composition for treating metal surfaces, the composition including the following components: a) at least one water soluble or water dispersable anionic polyelectrolyte; b) at least one organofunctional silane including one or more reactive functional groups selected from the group including amino, mercapto, methacryloxy, epoxy and vinyl; c) at least one water dispersible solid wax wherein the weight ratio between components a:b is in the range of 1:2-4:1, based on dry matter; the weight ratio between components (a+b):c is in the range of 1:3-3:1, based on dry matter, and wherein components a and b may be present—at least partially—as their graft reaction product. Another aspect is a treating method using this composition and use of the thus treated metal surface.

摘要: A process for making cerium dioxide nanoparticles containing at least one transition metal (M) utilizes a suspension of cerium hydroxide nanoparticles prepared by mechanical shearing of an aqueous mixture containing an oxidant in an amount effective to enable oxidation of cerous ion to ceric ion, thereby forming a product stream that contains transition metal-containing cerium dioxide nanoparticles, Ce1-xMxO2, wherein “x” has a value from about 0.3 to about 0.8. The nanoparticles thus obtained have a cubic fluorite structure, a mean hydrodynamic diameter in the range of about 1 nm to about 10 nm, and a geometric diameter of less than about 4 nm. The transition metal-containing crystalline cerium dioxide nanoparticles can be used to prepare a dispersion of the particles in a nonpolar medium.

摘要: An overbased sulfonate modified lithium carboxylate grease composition and method of manufacture comprising overbased calcium sulfonate, overbased magnesium sulfonate, or both added to a source of lithium hydroxide, base oil, and optionally one or more acids when a complex grease is desired. When overbased sulfonate is added, the amount of dicarboxylic acid relative monocarboxylic acid may be reduced. Additionally, the amount of lithium hydroxide added may be less than stoichiometrically needed to react with the acids. A sulfonate modified lithium grease with improved thickener yield and dropping point may be made without multiple heating and cooling cycles or using a pressurized kettle.
