    摘要: In a mobile track working machine comprising a frame mounted for mobility on the track: a mechanism for bending the track rail section ends comprises a carrier frame vertically adjustably mounted on the machine frame above a respective track rail and having respective end regions spaced from each other in the direction of the track rail, a respective hydraulically operable and vertically adjustable thrust element mounted in a respective end region of the carrier frame for engagement with the running face of the track rail, an intermediate carrier transversely movably mounted on the carrier frame, and a rail lifting hook device supported centrally between the thrust elements on the intermediate carrier for engagement with the track rail, the hook device including two lifting hooks arranged symmetrically with respect to the vertical plane of symmetry of the rail, a respective pivot having an axis extending in the direction of the track rail and mounting a respective lifting hook for pivoting into a rail engaging position wherein the lifting hook subtends the rail head, and a respective drive linked to each lifting hook at another pivot for pivoting the hook linked thereto.

    摘要: A mobile leveling, lining and ballast packing machine for the non-stop correction of a track comprises a pair of elongated vibratory ballast compacting plates extending along the tie ends at each side of the track and arranged cooperatively to compact the ballast therebetween, a fine correction track lifting and lining unit between the plates, a coarse correction track lifting and lining unit forwardly of the fine correction unit, a first ballast plow and shaping unit associated therewith for moving ballast inwardly from the tie ends during operation of the coarse correction unit, a second ballast plow and shaping unit rearwardly of the fine correction unit, and ballast tampers compacting ballast against the tie ends rearwardly of the second ballast plow and shaping unit. A stationary reference system controls the track correction and includes a series of marker posts mounted along the track, a tensioned reference line supported on the posts, and elements releasably holding the tensioned reference line and for adjusting its vertical and lateral position whereby respective reference line sections may be readily mounted, dismounted and adjusted during movement of the machine. A sensor unit is associated with the correction unit and cooperates with, and senses, the tensioned reference line.

    摘要: A mobile track leveling, lining and tamping apparatus is constituted by a single machine assembly of a first vehicle mounted on two undercarriages and carrying therebetween a track correction unit and a tamping unit, a reference system for controlling the track correction, a first instrument for measuring the track position during correction and a second instrument for measuring the track position after correction, and a drive for the vehicle, and a second vehicle associated with and preceding the first vehicle in the working direction but being mechanically separated therefrom. A separate drive for the second vehicle enables the machine assembly to be operated while the first vehicle advances intermittently and the second vehicle advances non-stop. A ballast plow and an indicator for indicating and surveying the corrected track position are mounted on the second vehicle.

    摘要: Fabrics are treated in machine drying apparatus to reduce static electricity carried by the fabrics, soften the fabrics and improve other fabric properties. A sponge impregnated with a heat softenable solid or semi-solid fabric-conditioning agent is placed within the dryer drum and the fabrics are tumbled in the dryer thereby causing some of the fabric-conditioning agent to be transferred to the fabric. When the dryer is heated, the heat of the dryer helps the fabric-conditioning agent to soften and assists in its distribution over the surface of fabric with which the impregnated sponge is brought into tumbling contact.

The track correction is controlled by a reference system which includes a reference associated with a track rail.
