    摘要： In a remote control system, for example for the adjustment of a television set or a radio set, at least one portion of the commands to be transmitted is determined by an analog setting. To this end, the transmitter is selectively operated to transmit a binary code word characterizing the command and analog information is provided by adjusting the time interval between the code word and the next following code word. The second code word may be identical to the first code word, in which case the code word is repeated at selected intervals. The second code word could also be an individual pulse. The receiving system includes a decoder for identifying the command and an analog sensing circuit for terminating the command in response to the adjusted time interval between code words.

    摘要： A plurality of resistors are series coupled with the free ends forming the end points of the potentiometer. A plurality of electronic switches have each of their inputs coupled to a predetermined point in the resistor array. The output from the switches are connected in common, thus forming the tap to the potentiometer. Activation of the switches is determined by control logic comprising an up/down counter, the outputs from which couple to the switches, an astable multivibrator for incrementing the counter and gating circuitry for selectively coupling the astable to the counter. The control logic is arranged to respond to received command signals for causing the tap to sequentially increment towards either end of the pot and to stop incrementing at a desired point. Further, the control logic causes the sequential tap incrementing to reverse once the tap reaches either end point of the pot.

    摘要： A pull-cord acting through a leverage and a linkage actuates the driving element of a 2 element clutch, the driven element containing a slot which is in driving engagement with the tongue of a TV tuner dial. The clutch and an actuating lever are attached to separate clamps which are vertically and rotatably attached to a column affixed to the table or to a plate on which the TV rests. A lever arm attached to the driving element of the clutch is connected by means of a linkage to the parallel arm of an L-shaped actuating lever. A pull on a pull-cord attached to a vertical arm of the actuating lever advances the tuner to the next adjacent channel.

    摘要： In a remote control system of the type that controls a number of operating functions by transmitting a number of frequencies corresponding to the operating functions to be controlled, a receiver including receiving means that is tuned by a fixed capacitor and a number of additional capacitors that are periodically connected in parallel combinations with the fixed capacitor by an electronic rotary switch so that the receiver is successively tuned to each of the possible transmitted frequencies. An amplitude filter means is provided for sensing an increased receiver means output when the receiver means is tuned to the frequency being transmitted and for providing an output during the period when the receiver is so tuned. The electronic rotary switch successively connects the receiver means output to the operating function corresponding to the frequency to which the receiver means is tuned. Whereby an operating function receives an operating pulse if the transmitter is tuned to the frequency corresponding to that particular operating function.
