摘要: A centrifugal separator for separation of particles from a gas stream is disclosed. The centrifugal separator includes a self-supporting frame for mounting inside an existing vessel for guiding the gas stream. The frame comprises a holder configured to hold the frame at a position inside the vessel, and a first partition for dividing the vessel into a first section and a second section. The first section is upstream of the second section. The separator includes a gas inlet communicating with the first section, and a gas outlet communicating with the second section. A centrifugal rotor is arranged to be rotatably supported in the frame around a rotational axis, the rotor having a first and a second end portion and including a plurality of separation plates defining separation passages between the plates. The centrifugal separator is configured such that the first and second sections communicate via the separation passages of the rotor.

摘要: A bladeless conical radial rotary machine method and system are disclosed. Turbo-machinery and methods are disclosed for a bladeless conical radial rotary machine wherein fluid is directed axially within the pump body to produce an axial output. The rotor comprises a plurality of spaced apart conical elements. The fluid is smoothly directed to any number of subsequent boundary layer pumping stages which are axially positioned with respect to each other. 摘要: An oil separator includes a cylindrical housing that accommodates a rotor and is provided with a gas discharge portion (first exhaust portion), the oil separator being configured to introduce target gas from a rotation center side of the rotor to condense oil mist and emit condensed oil from an outer peripheral edge of the rotor and further being configured to discharge from the housing through the gas discharge portion the blow-by gas (target gas) after having the oil mist separated. The oil separator includes a dome portion (sectioning member) that covers from an outside of the housing the gas discharge portion and sections a closed space around the gas discharge portion and an outlet pipe (second exhaust portion) that is provided to the dome portion and that discharges the blow-by gas from the closed space that is sectioned by the dome portion.

摘要: An in-line centrifuge-separator pump includes a shaft, a shroud, and a plurality of spaced-apart corrugated, and concentrically disposed separator structures. 摘要: A separator for separating liquid droplets from an aerosol is provided, including a rotor arranged in a housing and including a plurality of parallel disks, a dirty gas inlet, a clean gas outlet, and an annular space between the rotor's circumference and the housing, wherein adjacent disks form an interspace therebetween, the radially outer area of the interspace opening into the annular space, and wherein one of the dirty gas inlet and the clean gas outlet communicates with the annular space and the other communicates with radially inner areas of the interspaces. The disks have flat disk bodies perpendicular to the rotor axis, and between adjacent disk bodies, there are a plurality of adjacent channels allowing passage of the gas to be cleaned. Each channel is curved and the radially outer channel wall forms an impaction and separation surface for the liquid droplets.

An oil separator according to the present disclosure includes: a nozzle that injects oil from an injection hole to rotate a spindle around an axis; a housing having a gas communicating portion and an oil communicating portion on its bottom; and a joint member that is removably mounted to the housing, and that includes a gas introducing portion and an oil discharge portion, the gas introducing portion introducing blow-by gas and transferring the gas to the gas communicating portion, the oil discharge portion receiving oil from the oil communicating portion and discharging the oil to outside.

摘要: A “bolt on” static separator is disclosed for use in conjunction with a rotating separator to handle higher liquid volumes that are not able to be effectively separated by the rotating separator alone. The static separator may be positioned upstream of the rotating separator, generally right in front of the rotating separator, i.e., immediately ahead of the inlet to the rotating separator and generally attached directly to the front end of the rotary separator. The static separator may include a significant change in flow path direction that is sufficient to cause coarse fluid separation. The output of the static separator is in communication with the input of the rotating separator. Additionally, the drain of the static separator is in communication with the drain of the rotating separator and is at the same pressure.
