The hollow cylinder may have multiple passages through the thermoplastic material between the inside diameter and the outside diameter. The multiple passages between the inside diameter and the outside diameter allow fluid under pressure to pass between the inside diameter and the outside diameter through the multiple passages.

摘要: A horizontal pumping system for pumping fluids into downstream piping includes a motor and a pump driven by the motor. The pump includes a discharge assembly for use in connecting a pump within a horizontal pumping system to downstream piping. The discharge assembly preferably includes a discharge head and a stub end configured for sliding engagement with the discharge head. The stub end is captured within the discharge head in a hydraulically balanced condition and the discharge assembly further includes a hydraulic balance chamber and a runner plate within the hydraulic balance chamber. The runner plate is secured to the stub end.

摘要: A centrifugal multistage pump “VODOMET-WATER CANNON” contains electric motor, condensing case and pump stages, installed on the pump cases. The pump stages are located inside the case and are centered by the covers and, and also by the support. The bearing end shield of the electric motor is sealed with the elastic diaphragm. The condensing case is a leakproof cavity where the condenser and the cable connectors, of the electric motor are placed. The thermoswitch is located in the condensing box on the heat contactor. The pump stages include guide wheels and antifrictional washers. The washers interact with the axial supports—ceramic inlays that are inserted into the guide wheels. The inlays rest on the end clamps on the butt ends of the guide wheels. The guide wheels are sealed with radial inlays and together with pump stages create a hermetic tank.

摘要: A cleaning device for cleaning items to be cleaned is proposed. The cleaning device includes at least one nozzle system for acting on the items to be cleaned with at least one cleaning fluid. Additionally the cleaning device includes at least one pump for conveying the cleaning fluid to the nozzle system, wherein the nozzle system comprises at least one high pressure nozzle and at least one low pressure nozzle. The high pressure nozzle and the low pressure nozzle are connected fluidically to the pump, wherein at least one fluidic switching element for adjusting an inflow of the cleaning fluid to the low pressure nozzle is connected upstream of the low pressure nozzle.

摘要: A technique employs a system and methodology for improving sand control in pumps. The technique may be used in centrifugal pumps by providing uniquely constructed rib feature to facilitate sand control and thus reduction of erosion due to sand in the pumped fluid. The improved sand control is useful in centrifugal pumps employed in a variety of oilfield applications, such as in electric submersible pumping systems positioned downhole in a wellbore to pump oil or other fluids. The rib feature may be used in combination with a shield and arranged along diffuser bowl walls or other diffuser walls within sequential pump stages.

摘要: In accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure, a thrust washer and a diffuser for use in a downhole electrical submersible pump are disclosed. The pump may include a shaft and a motor communicatively coupled to the shaft. The motor may be operable to rotate the shaft. The pump may further include an impeller coupled to the shaft. The impeller may contain a balance ring, a balance hole, and a hub. The pump may further include a diffuser disposed adjacent to the impeller. The pump may further include a thrust washer coupled to the impeller. The thrust washer may be located between the balance ring and the hub without blocking the balance hole to allow fluid flow through the impeller and the diffuser. The pump may further include a discharge operable to direct fluid flow out of the multi-stage electrical submersible pump.

摘要: A centrifugal pump stage with increased compressive load capacity is provided. In an implementation, a centrifugal pump stage includes a diffuser with outside wall capable of supporting increased axial forces. A mating surface of the outer wall can support axial forces generated by a stack of subsequent pump stages across the entire thickness of the outer wall. The diffuser can be a two-piece assembly including a load bearing module and a flow diffusing module. The load bearing module may be a cylinder of strong tubular alloy while the flow diffusing module can be separately cast in a manner that improves hydraulic efficiency. Various means for radially positioning the pump stages relieve the load bearing module from the task of aligning additional pump stages. A single rigid tube may also be used as the load bearing module for multiple pump stages. The tube may be made with a thin wall to increase pump volume.

摘要: A multistage turbomachine is disclosed, comprising a casing with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and a plurality of stages arranged in the casing. A flow path extends from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet through the sequentially arranged stages. Each stage is comprised of a rotating impeller and an electric motor embedded in the casing and arranged for rotating the impeller at a controlled rotary speed. Each electric motor comprises a motor rotor, arranged on the impeller and integrally rotating therewith, and a motor stator stationarily arranged in the casing. Pairs of sequentially arranged impellers are configured for rotation in opposite directions.
