Abstract: The accelerometric sensor has a suspended region, mobile with respect to a supporting structure, and a sensing assembly coupled to the suspended region and configured to detect a movement of the suspended region with respect to the supporting structure. The suspended region has a geometry variable between at least two configurations associated with respective centroids, different from each other. The suspended region is formed by a first region rotatably anchored to the supporting structure and by a second region coupled to the first region through elastic connection elements configured to allow a relative movement of the second region with respect to the first region. A driving assembly is coupled to the second region so as to control the relative movement of the latter with respect to the first region.

Abstract: Local descriptors are extracted from digital image information and digital depth information related to digital images. The local descriptors convey appearance description information and shape description information related to the digital images. Global representations of the one or more digital images are generated based on the extracted local descriptors, and are hashed. Visual search queries are generated based on the hashed global representations. The visual search queries include fused appearance description information and shape description information conveyed in the local descriptors. The fusing may occur before the global representations are generated, before the hashing or after the hashing.

Abstract: One or more embodiments are directed to zero-rate level compensation systems. One such system includes stationary detection circuitry that receives gyroscope signals output by a gyroscope and determines whether the gyroscope is stationary based on the gyroscope signals. The stationary detection circuitry generates a stationary gyroscope signal indicating the gyroscope is stationary based on a determination that the gyroscope is stationary. A temperature sensor senses temperature and outputs temperature signals. Zero-rate level estimation circuitry receives the stationary gyroscope signal and a temperature signal associated with the stationary gyroscope signal, and iteratively estimates one or more zero-rate level compensation parameters based on the stationary gyroscope signal and the temperature signal.

Abstract: A circuit includes an input node configured to receive an input reference signal. An output node is configured to provide a replica of the input reference signal with a respective scaling ratio to the input reference signal at the input node. A digital-to-analog converter has a reference input configured to receive the input reference signal from the input node, a digital input configured to receive a digital input signal having a digital signal value, and a digital-to-analog converter output configured to provide an output signal from the digital-to-analog converter resulting from conversion to analog of the digital input signal. The output node of the circuit is configured to sense the output signal from the digital-to-analog converter and to provide the replica of the input reference signal at the output node.
